Wunderschönes, stilvolles und authentisches Hotel mit großer Privatsphäre aufgrund der wenigen Zimmer. Das Bett war super bequem. Klimaanlage hat super funktioniert. Poolbereich sau schön… gemischte Gäste aus jung und alt. Schickes Hoteleigenes Restaurant… leckeres Essen und Wein. Am zweiten Abend waren wir in der Osteria La Cadrega di Soriasco ein paar Autominuten entfernt essen - das war auch top!

Bellissimo luogo
Pros:

Il luogo è molto bello e conserva ancora un’autenticità rara: silenzio, poche stanze, atmosfera tranquilla e una zona piscina davvero piacevole. Si percepisce un grande potenziale e il contesto è suggestivo, ideale per un weekend di relax. Nel complesso è una struttura in cui tornerei volentieri, proprio per l’atmosfera e la bellezza del posto.

Cons:

Considerando il prezzo del soggiorno, superiore ai 300€ a notte, ci sono alcuni dettagli che secondo me andrebbero migliorati. In bagno, ad esempio, non era presente il balsamo/conditioner, cosa che mi aspetterei in una struttura di questo livello. Ho trovato poco pratico anche il fatto che non ci fossero ganci o appendini per accappatoi e asciugamani: un dettaglio semplice, ma importante per il comfort quotidiano.
Anche la colazione, pur essendo inclusa, mi ha lasciata perplessa: trovo poco elegante far pagare a parte preparazioni semplici come uova strapazzate o omelette base. Infine, il servizio del ristorante/bar potrebbe essere più curato e presente, perché al momento non è del tutto all’altezza del posizionamento e del prezzo della struttura. Sono dettagli migliorabili, ma in una struttura così bella fanno la differenza.

Piscina riservata solo agli ospiti, pensata nei miei dettagli, dagli ombrelloni/lettini distanziati alle ciambelle, ...una vista bellissima. Stanza molto singolare, con un terrazzo veramente rilassante

La spa non ha l'idromassaggio - consiglierei di rendere il servizio colazione/pranzo/aperitivo piu esperienziale.. e cuscini piu comodi

Pros:

Staff gentilissimo, la piscina riservata ai soli ospiti garantisce tranquillità e relax. Il casale è bellissimo, fin nei minimi dettagli. Il ristorante veramente buono e pronto a offrire opzioni vegane.
Colazione che avevamo inclusa abbondante e di grande qualità. Camera ampia e curata, con tutto l'occorrente.

Cons:

Per cercare il pelo nell'uovo, cuscini un po' troppo morbidi.

Struttura bellissima, la parte della piscina fa molto scena ed è ben organizzata

Cons:

La flessibilità. Non esiste praticamente possibilità di fare richieste particolari, tutto viene standardizzato e da una struttura di questo tipo non mi è piaciuto. Abbiamo chiesto di tardare il check out di solo mezz’ora avendo un bimbo piccolo e ci è stato detto di no.
