Acceptable.
Pros:

Friendly lady at the reception. Bed was comfy and clean. I also appreciated the cleanliness of the bathroom.

Cons:

Two of the bath towels were dirty. One had a dead bug on it (like a dead fly), and the body towel had a stain. The bathroom walls also had mould.

Pros:

Nice Victorian building. Close to the town bars and restaurants. Fridge in room bed comfy

Parking on site, room was clean.

Cons:

Not as advertised, no bar or restaurant, hotel didn't look as if it's in use ,hence the very small not self catering rooms located in carpark.

Comfortable in a very small space
