Pros:

불꽃축제 당일이라 다른 숙박업체는 바가지 요금이 기승인 와중에
조식포함 객실을 합리적인 가격으로 예약 하루 있어서 운이 좋았다고 느낄 정도였습니다.
프론트, 식당, 복도에서 마주친 직원분들도 모두 응대를 친절히 해주셔서 감사했습니다.

Cons:

체크인 후 객실로 올라가는 엘레베이터 대기 시간이 유독 길게 느껴졌습니다.
체크인 대기줄과 엘레베이터 대기줄이 뒤섞여 원래도 넓지 않은 공간이 너무 번잡하게 느껴집니다.

체크아웃 하는 날 체크아웃을 좀 이른 시간 하게 되었는데
조식 2부 대기 줄이 엘레베이터 바로 앞까지 길게 늘어져있어서
체크아웃 대기 줄인줄 알고 헷갈려서 잠깐 줄서 있었습니다.

Pros:

I love Yongsan and I was glad I could stay there. It is not a super touristy area, but it is easy to hop on a subway (right next door to the hotel), and head into town. The neighborhood is safe and has plenty of food options around, plus a huge department store and a museum. The hotel is elegant, modern, clean and very comfortable. The staff speaks great English and is very helpful. The room was spacious and beautiful, included all the necessary amenities. The hotel also has a convenience store, a deli, and a restaurant - all very nice.

Cons:

I couldn’t figure out the tv remote control - an English-language instruction in the room would be welcome.
The elevators are not super efficient with so many guests. Need to wait.
Also, the signage for the cars/taxis is not enough, the signs should be visible and clear: I used taxis several times while staying at the hotel, and none of the drivers was able to locate the hotel entrance.

Pros:

My room had views of Namsan and Han river, that was nice. Room was also quite spacious. Location is very convenient as there are two metro stations within walking distance (Yongsan or Shin-Yongsan). It is also walkable to the Han River from the hotel - nice if you want to squeeze a run at the Han River.

Cons:

The aircon fan switches on and off throughout the night, not sure if it is supposed to be this way but it gets stuffy once the fan is off. You have to lower down the temperature to get the fan to work and it repeats itself.

También lo nuevo y lo cuidado que se veía todo el hotel, y la tienda de conveniencia en la planta baja era super práctica!

Hôtel idéalement situé à Yongsan, à quelques pas de plusieurs lignes de métro et de bus dont un direct pour l’aéroport, d’un grand mall et de plusieurs restaurants.
