Overall nice place, well decorated, clean and comfortable.

Cons:

Several problems with mechanical things around the apartment. Two doors didn't function properly, and the sink drain in the bathroom was broken. No sugar for provided coffee.

Great location and recommended for longer stay
Pros:

Great location and comfortable bed, this is apartment style and it is equipped with small kitchen, oven, dishwasher, washer and dryer. it would be good for a longer stay. There’s an open parking lot right next to the building, which is really good. It’s close to Chinatown, and few minutes walk to Old Port, Notre Dame etc.

Cons:

It’s hard to find the entrance and there’s no dedicated space to park your car to unload your luggage easily. The main entrance is right on the street(though not busy) you have to be really mindful. There’s a cigarette and other strange smell around 3am that woke me up, and it really bothered me since I have my daughter with me. There’s no reception or anyone to complaint. You only communicate via the booking app.

Really enjoyed it!!
Pros:

It was much better than I expected after I read reviews. I had two queen beds and a sofa bed. It was very quiet, the flat had all facilities, and as soon as i needed anything, the staff would deliver that in minutes, I communicated by Booking chat. It was a great place, I loved it!

Cons:

Instructions how to get in could have been better! Curtains could be blackout. It was too bright in the mornings even though they had shutters.

Pros:

Localisation parfaire, au centre de tout, proche du palais des congrès.
J'y étais venu peu de temps avant et c'était une bonne expérience, mais cette fois j'ai été très déçu.
Réactions rapides de leur part par SMS en cas de message.

Cons:

Appartement pas très propre quand je suis arrivé (cheveux et poils dans la salle de bain par exemple). Ils ont envoyé quelqu'un le lendemain matin.
Apparement qui a mal vieilli, meubles cassés, trous dans les murs.
Bruit de soufflerie dans l'appartement, une énorme machine "double flux" dans la chambre. Je les ai contacté, ils ont répondu que ça allait s'arrêter mais ça n'a pas été le cas. Finalement, j'ai coupé les plombs pour pouvoir dormir.
Sans abris et drogués autour de l'établissement, ils crient la nuit, et ne donnent pas un sentiment de sécurité.
On me parlait directement en anglais, alors qu'on est au Québec. LEs messages sont très inégaux, parfois désagréable et mal écrit, parfois plus agréable avec une orthographe correcte quand ils utilisent l'IA (qui produit alors de longs messages inutiles).

Pros:

Sehr zentrale Lage. In Montreal. Es war etwas sauberer als manche Bewertungen beschreiben. Die Betten waren groß und bequem.

Cons:

Ausreichend sauber war die Unterkunft leider nicht. Es gab viel Staub. Und die Fenster waren von außen recht schmutzig. Wie haben uns nicht an den Esstisch gesetzt, da die Glasplatte auf den Gestell sehr gewackelt hat. Das war sehr gefährlich. Auch andere Dinge, wie das Thermostat der Dusche waren defekt. Einen ernstzunehmenden Hausmeister gibt es wohl nicht.
