Our stay at the hotel was nothing short of fantastic. From the very beginning, the staff went above and beyond to make our visit special. I had reached out in advance to arrange a surprise for my wife. we had just gotten married, and they didn’t just accommodate the request, they embraced it with genuine enthusiasm. When we arrived, the room was beautifully prepared, creating a moment we’ll never forget.

Throughout our stay, every member of the team was warm, attentive, and incredibly helpful, with a special reference to Sose Allushaj, she made us feel truly welcomed and cared for, always ready with a smile and willing to assist with anything we needed.

The combination of thoughtful service, attention to detail, and the overall atmosphere made this experience exceptional. It was the perfect setting to celebrate such an important moment in our lives, and we’re deeply grateful. We would absolutely return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and heartfelt stay.

Struttura nuova e accogliente, molto pulita. Personale gentile e disponibile. Non ho usufruito della piscina ma spazio ben curato. La colazione avviene all'ingresso per spazi ristretti, semplice ma curata.

Pros:

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. Everything was perfect from the moment we arrived. The hotel is beautiful, modern, very clean, and even better than the pictures online. The breakfast was excellent with a large variety of fresh and delicious food.
The location is perfect — central and close to everything important, which made it very convenient for us. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always happy to help with any question or request.
We truly enjoyed our experience and felt very comfortable throughout our stay. Highly recommended, and we would definitely love to come back again in the future
