Sehr netter Empfang, sehr hilfsbereit und netter Umgang mit den Gästen. Lage absolut super, praktisch in der Fußgängerzone. Zimmer dennoch ruhig in der nacht.

Расположение просто идеальное — основные достопримечательности находятся буквально в 5 минутах. Номер достаточно большой, в целом всё хорошо. Чистота на 4 из 5

Но есть очень важный момент — плесень внутри кондиционера. Очень прошу руководство обратить на это внимание и обязательно почистить кондиционер. Это важно не только для комфорта, но и для здоровья гостей

Ночью я проснулась от асматического приступа, поэтому считаю эту проблему действительно серьёзной. Надеюсь, руководство примет меры и устранит её.

Останавливались в этом небольшом отеле на 6 ночей — остались очень довольны. Расположение просто отличное: тихо, спокойно, без лишней суеты, при этом буквально пару минут пешком до побережья Босфора с красивыми видами.

Отдельно хочется отметить сотрудника на ресепшене — очень доброжелательный и отзывчивый, всегда с улыбкой, помогал по всем вопросам и постоянно предлагал уборку и смену белья.

Номера небольшие, как и ванная комната, но всё чисто и вполне комфортно для проживания. Мы в основном приходили только переночевать, и нам этого было более чем достаточно. Есть всё необходимое: горячая и холодная вода, чистые полотенца, постельное бельё, интернет, телевизор.

Был небольшой минус — сломался кондиционер, но проблему решили в течение пары дней.

В целом, за свою цену — отличный вариант. Нам всё очень понравилось, с удовольствием остановились бы ещё раз.
