I have serious doubts about the accuracy of this hotel’s rating.
I booked a double room with a balcony and city view for my children, but instead they were given a room with only a window overlooking the back courtyard and old, worn-out furniture.
I did not pay extra for a room without a balcony that was also unclean upon check-in. The cleanliness issue was eventually addressed, but when I asked why the room had no balcony, I received the surprising response that I had never requested one—even though it was clearly confirmed in my booking.
Based on my extensive travel experience and stays in hotels around the world, I do not consider this hotel to be trustworthy. In my opinion, its true rating should be no higher than 6–7 out of 10. There is a clear discrepancy between its published rating and the actual level of reliability and commitment to honoring confirmed reservations.
Since it was only for one night, I chose not to expose my children to further inconvenience or escalate the matter by calling the police and filing an official report against the hotel.

I had a very pleasant stay at AlpFine Hotel. Everything was clean and well maintained, and the room was comfortable. The staff were exceptionally kind, professional, and always willing to help. Communication was excellent, and it was very convenient that many staff members spoke English well. The breakfast was also good, with a nice variety of options. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Ankara.

The fact that they have a centralized heating / air-conditioning system and it was set on winter mode. I couldn't get the temperature down in the room.

Отлично расположен, дали большой красивый номер, машину припарковали напротив входа, завтраки достойные и кровать супер удобная
Вай-фай так и не подключился - не приходит смс для авторизации на российские номера, мы были одну только ночь по пути в Каппадокию и не стали ругаться - мобильного интернета хватило, но если б оставались дольше надо было бы как-то решить вопрос

I had a night here between a transfer in August 2025. The hotel is very good but be aware that it is located in a business area (no restaurants, 30min by feet from the key places, taxi needed to go to train stations,...) The staff was very accommodating even if I had an express stay. The room is large. It's a very high-quality place for business trip.
