Pésima atención por James y Marcela dueños del hotel, personas prepotentes, que no son responsables de hacer limpiezas en las habitaciones habiendo cucarachas en las refrigeradoras

This being my first time, has been very pleasant the staff are very friendly and professional, I felt very safe, I don’t speak Spanish very well, just basic and I used Google Translate to communicate and speaking English, The staff attendances, helpful with my travel plans around Medellín ,it was great hospitality experience I met some local people, from family bar, local playing soccer, I am not really a soccer fan but I did enjoy Colombia soccer, I felt safe walking, they have great security, During my stay I met the owner, properly managed! I was very surprised I thought he was guest staying at the hotel, we talked for few about my experience, I told him how I really enjoyed staying at 4 Sur hotel, when he introduced himself , He was genuinely kool guy I can understand!!

La chambre confortable

Cons:

L’accueil a la réception . C’était lundi 4 mai en fin d’après midi. La jeune personne était très désagréable. Pas prête à conseiller, pour trouver un parking par exemple. On devait être les premiers clients à devoir garer une voiture. Pas de parking dans l’hôtel et elle était incapable de dire où il y en avait un proche de l’hôtel, le prix, s’il restait ouvert 24/24. Aucun service.
Puis aucun internet durant la soirée et la nuit

Soggiorno perfetto
Pros:

Staff eccezionale, colazione a buffet davvero ottima, stanze ampie e pulitissime. La struttura si trova vicino alla Terminal del Sur, in un quartiere leggermente fuori dal centro ma molto tranquillo, ben servito da supermercati e attività di ogni genere. Consigliatissimo!

Cons:

It's NOT A 4 STAR HOTEL!!! Bookings ad states that there's a restaurant on premises. It has a bar and no food. The a/c didn't work. No mini bar. And they wouldn't honor the total price by booking, in writing!
