Parfait!
Pros:

Hôtel facile d'accès (arrivée tardive), petit déjeuner délicieux, personnel vraiment à l'écoute et disponible pour les clients.
Plutôt bien placé dans Bari, chambre spacieuse et moderne.

- theres no 24/7 reception in the hotel while it says theres

- when we first checked in they gave us a whatapp no for any request or communication but when we had a complaint we were suprisef that we were told not to use the no to discuss it

- in one of the rooms the AC was not working and when i sent a msg via whatsapp i was told that it is working and this is how it works to stabilize the temperature !! While in the other 2 rooms we booked it was working normal .. so i beleived what they said abd waited until the next day so someone can check it,,, when one of the staff came she then understood what i was trying to explain and asked the house keeper to fix it ..

- suddenly i received the following message from the hotel owner/ management:

((((Hi Giorgia. The AC currently seems to be working properly, so there is no need for any specialized technical intervention. In any case, today is a national holiday and no technicians are on duty.

Please inform the guest that check-out is at 10:30 a.m. We can allow them to check out by 11:00 a.m., but no later. I do not want to discuss this matter any further.

The fact that the guest is not satisfied with our property does not entitle them to impose their own rules on us, disregard ours, or treat our staff in a demanding and disrespectful manner.

For this reason, we are available to contact Booking.com and ask them to find alternative accommodation for the guest for tonight.

If they decide to stay, I ask them to adopt a patient, polite and respectful attitude, including in their messages. The WhatsApp number is an emergency contact number; it is not a dedicated line for them. I therefore ask them to use it with moderation.

Otherwise, I will be forced to ask them to leave.

message language ! And this is not a proper way nor polite to speak to hotel guests ! we did not speak to the staff in any wrong manner , and this language not acceptable !!

Pros:

El desayuno esta muyy bien. Habitacion esta tambien genial. El personal muy amable y ayudando en todo lo que podian. El vibe del hotel tambien esta bien.

Cons:

Si hay algo que ser critico por decir algo que esta un poco mas alejado de lo que una persona suele coger un hotel del old town en este caso plan 10-15min andando minimo, pero nada importante.

Wonderful stay, would highly recommend
Pros:

Beautiful design, eco friendly and strong social ethos. The room was massive and thoughtfully designed. The breakfast was superb and staff extremely helpful.

Cons:

The walk to the old town was slightly longer than anticipated but perfectly doable.

Pros:

Zajtrk je odličen, sveže, lokalno. Kava je odlična. Hotel stoji v prijetni soseski ob šoli. Bari ni samo Bari Vecchia – duša mesta živi tudi v njegovih dolgih, nedokončanih in neskončnih ulicah, polnih lokalnega utripa in pisanih stavb, od katerih ima vsaka svoje očarljive balkone najrazličnejših oblik in velikosti. Bliżnja ulica Via Alessandro Manzoni s številnimi cenovno ugodnimi lokalnimi trgovinami vas pripelje naravnost do prijetnega in živahnega trga Piazza Garibaldi. To je zbirališče domačinov vseh generacij, ki posedajo na klopeh in igrajo karte. Lahko pa se po ulici Via Principe Amedeo sprehodite do lokalne kavarne Mozart Caffè na espressino freddo. V hotelu smo imeli čast spoznati prijaznega in karizmatičnega Antonia Ottomanellija ter se z njim pogovarjati. Je ustanovitelj hotela Imago Plus, fotograf in arhitekt, njegove pretresljive fotografije pa so razstavljene v prostorih hotela. Želim si, da bi bilo več hotelov, kot je ta – s poudarkom na solidarnosti, trajnostnem razvoju in skupnosti ter s programom umetniških rezidenc. Tudi vse osebje je bilo zelo pozorno in prijazno.
