Decent "provincial hotel".
Pros:

Friendly staff and a clean spacious room. Good bed. Safety box in room.

Cons:

It feels like the room is missing a sofa and a table because there is so much empty space. The biggest drawback is the lack of a fridge. The location is also a bit out of from the city center.
