A week long stay
Pros:

Fan's Hotel Baybay was the best of the three hotels we stayed at in the city. The shower had strong, reliable water pressure, the refrigerator ran quietly, and we found no water leaks anywhere in our room. The staff were great too — it's clear the hotel invests in and manages its people well.

Cons:

There were some long cracks running across the ceiling, and a few pieces of equipment in the room are clearly aged and not well maintained. Some rooms may also carry a lingering smell of cigarette smoke.

Location is just beside Puregold and close to port area and market.

Cons:

Klasse Hotel: 100% empfehlenswert!
Pros:

Das modern-minimalistische Design in den Farben Weiß, Hellgrau und Schwarz mit Akzenten in Holzfarben überzeugt optisch durch klare Farb- und Formensprache in großzügiger Umsetzung. Die Betten haben gute Matratzen. Die technische Einrichtung funktioniert.
Es ist das qualitativ beste Stadthotel, das ich in den Visayas bisher gebucht hatte.
Die Küste ist 600m entfernt; das Bus Terminal erreicht man fußläufig in ca. 30 Minuten..
Das Personal überzeugt!
Deshalb habe ich gerne den Aufenthalt verlängert.

Cons:

Bei der einen oder anderen Kleinigkeit kam der Gedanke auf, hier war das stringente Design bedeutender als die Priorisierung der Funktionalität - jedoch ist dieser Aspekt wirklich vernachlässigbar.
