Appartement à recommander
Pros:

L'appartement est situé à proximité de plusieurs restaurants et d''épiceries. Nous avons marché tous les quartiers au lieu de prendre le tram. Découvrir Fatih, Balat, Sultanamet, Taskim et Karakoy en marchant fût une belle expérience. Pour ceux qui veulent prendre le tramway, celui-ci est à environ 10 minutes à pied.

L'appartement est situé dans une rue tranquille. Nous étions au 3ème étage et nous avons apprécié le balcon ainsi que la terrasse sur le toit.

Nous avons pris le traversier pour se rendre à Üskudar et Burgazada.

Les contacts sont faciles avec le propriétaire via Whatsapps. Les serviettes et la literie étaient changées aux 2 jours.

Cons:

Il devrait y avoir plus d'articles de cuisine (ex. cafetière, assiettes, ustensiles). Il n'y avait pas de micro-ondes ni de four.

Sinon tout était parfait !

Чисто, аккуратно, удобная кровать в спальне. Тихое место недалеко от основных достопримечательностей. Рядом есть платная парковка 15 евро в сутки.

L'appartamento molto semplice e pulito, ideale a chi vuole spendere poco con un buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Posizione eccellente per visitare la città vecchia con locali e ristoranti.

The location was perfect
The apartment was very comfortable. It had a great balcony for the smokers in my group.
They were prompt answering

Cons:

The only problem we had was the water. Days 1 and 2, everything was fine. From then on, in the morning and in the evening I had to call so someone could come and fix the boiler... I had to call 4 or 5 times and it was very annoying. I hope they will get this permanently fixed.

Cons:

Отсутствие чистоты. Мебель старая и не исправная. Будьте внимательны, на улице где расположен отель отключают свет. Мы остались без света на 15 часов. В отделе генератора нет.

Összességében minden rendben volt. Minden pont olyan, mint a képeken. Ár-érték arány megfelelő.

Közel van a város nevezetességeihez és a tengerparthoz is. Csendes környék. A wifi-vel volt egy kis probléma, de az is megoldódott.

Pros:

La ubicación perfecta, a 5 min del centro caminando, pero la calle es muy tranquila para descansar. Los restaurantes, un supermercado, una buena pasteleria todo al lado. Atención de Faruk excelente! Nos respondia al momento a cualquier pregunta y petición. Muy amable!

La limpieza se puede mejorar, pero en general bien.
