A água da piscina é gelada

Cons:

Tivemos de mudar de quarto duas vezes por causa de uma praga de formigas, não tiveram atenção nenhuma, apenas ofereceram bebidas que só podia ser cerveja ou vinho, uma falta de atenção para com os clientes. Já percebi o porquê do preço baixo.

Decepción para ser un Hilton de 4 estrellas
Pros:

La situación, muy cerca del centro.

Cons:

Cuando llegamos, a media tarde, la habitación no estaba preparada para 3 personas. Faltaban toallas y el sofá cama estaba sin hacer.
Escasez de tumbonas en la piscina para la capacidad del hotel.
Nos ofrecieron el desayuno buffet a 15 € como dice su página web, pero si esperábamos al día siguiente a decidirnos ya serían 20€. Un encarecimiento que no entendemos y que nos parece excesivo y desafortunado.
En recepción nos dicen que en la cafetería podríamos tomar un café con algo de bollería o similar, pero por la mañana ya solo nos ofrecen café, para comer algo la única opción es el buffet. Total, nos fuimos a desayunar fuera.

Great location nice rooms and great value. Underground parking for 10 euros is good but some free parking outside too.
