Guest Reviews

Almohada muy dura
The staff went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable. The breakfast was served with fresh fruit and juice as well other options were available. The property and rooms were immaculate, any request was attended to immediately. We extended our stay as we were so pleased. They take customer service to the next level, great job 🙌
Lovely breakfast in the patio consisting of coffee/tea + your choice off eggs + toast/arepas + fruits/yogurt + juice. Friendly and attentive staff. Situated in close proximity to the Chaquiñán trail popular for runners and mountain bikers, the Scala shopping mall, and the center of Cumbayá where there are many bars and restaurants.
Excellent service
Buena estancia 👍
todo bien !!
The hotel was very clean and near. Staff was very profesional and respectful. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, pillows even worse.
First of all, I felt very safe here. It is a quiet area and everyone was very friendly. The very upscale mall was nearby too. I was thrilled with the room service each day. Our bedding and towels were refreshed and everything was cleaner than when we left it. Breakfast was fresh each day, cooked to order eggs and toast with fruit and juices. I would stay here again.
