Frumos doar in poze - dezamagitor in realitate
Pros:

Locatia este intr-o zona sigura si cu acces catre transportul in comun
Eista o zona in care iti poti gati un mic dejun, o cafea, frigoder, cuptor cu microunde

Cons:

- Au uitat sa ne trimita codul de acces in camera. Am fost nevoiti sa sunam la alta locatie BGuest (gasita pe internet) si sa gasim pe cineva care intelege engleza pentru a obtine codul de acces desi trecuse ora de check-in. In acest timp stateam cu bagaje;e in brate in fata cladirii

- A doua zi aparut o doamna (parea sa fie de la curatenie). I-am solicitat prosoape pentru 3 persoane (erau numai 2 initial) si i-am explicat ca nu merge ventilatorul din baie , ca pe sub cabina de dus iese apa in toata baia, si ca la TV nu aveam semnal deloc. Pana seara au rezolvat cumva cu TV-ul sa fie functional si cu inca un prosop.
Ventilatorul din baie si apa care curgea pe jos NU a fost rezolvata pana la plecare (am stat 1 saptamana)

- NU raspund la telefoane. A pornit alarma in cladire, am sunat la numerele pe care le-am gasit dar degeaba. Dupa o ora a raspuns cineva pe whatsapp (intr-o engleza tradusa cu google translate) si ne-a comunicat sa nu ne facem griji ca stiu despre alarma si ca o sa o rezolve. In tot acest timp de peste 1 ora noi am suportat alarma sunand.
- In studio au fost facute invcestitii la inceput dar acum aproape toate sunt deteriorate. Salteaua patului are arcuri incomode, canapeaua este de 150 cm (doar pentru un copil mic), in baie sunt probleme cu aburul si apa care curge de sub cabina de dus, dulapurile din bucatarie au usile cazute, aerul conditionat este foarte zgomotos si la pornire miroase urat, etc. Galagia din timpul noptii probabil ca este normala avand in bedere ca este zona centrala / turisica.

In poze locatia arata bine dar in realitate este o mare dezamagire.

In momentul rezervarii am solicitat emiterea facturii.

Pros:

El piso está bastante bien por sobre todo la ubicación es excelente cerca de todo para desplazarse sin problemas , el dueño muy amable y con respecto a los ruidos que había muchas quejas no es dramático la verdad el sábado nada más había en el bar de enfrente música pero a la una am cortaron psra nosotros q estabamos todo el día fuera la verdad. Que no hubo ningún problema ni escuchamos nada bullicioso , estuvimos 5 días allí y todo bien

Cons:

Al estar en el primer piso estar todo el día sin luz natural pq te ven , faltaba plancha y las almohadas eran muy altas para mí gusto pero nada malo para decir , el baño se moja un poco pero para nosotros no es problema lo mejor fue la ubicación

Well located and clean appartment, could be more functional.
Pros:

Location is good, easy to enter, responsive host, fairly clean.

Cons:

The water tap in the kitchen is leaking, fridge full of ice, only basic kitchen equipment.

The room we got was not like the photos advertised and extremely noisy from bars on both sides

location was ok

Cons:

rooms were cramped and extremely noisy from bars on either side to our apartment, shower door leaked, exhaust fan didn't work, kitchen tap very loose and no instruction to work TV.
