Atendimento mediano a ruim.
Pros:

O quarto é muito confortável e o café da manhã é ótimo.

Cons:

Essa unidade não faz nem um pouco jus ao nome Hilton, é a primeira vez que vejo um check in demorar 40 minutos para cada hóspede, a fila era imensa demorou mais de 1 hora e meia desde que chegamos até entrar no quarto!
