Very dirty sheets with glitter on them.

The food over all. The dinner and breakfast.

Cons:

Dirty bed sheets were found upon arrival. The staff only changed the sheets and offered no apology. At check-out, the front desk was unaware of the incident and no effort was made to address the situation. The staff seemed unprepared to handle guest complaints appropriately.

Hotel muito bom e em um lugar bem agradável da cidade, eu e minha família tivemos 2 dias com muito conforto
Pros:

O hotel é novo, bem limpo e café da manhã delicioso. Além do restaurante do hotel, também tem outras opções ótimas no entorno. Voltaria.

Cons:

Uma pena que o hotel não tem piscina. A cidade é bem quente e seria muito agradável aproveitar uma piscina.
