Basic, clean
We stayed here because it was close to the airport with a shuttle. The shuttle wasn’t available when we arrived. The next day, our flight wasn’t until 6 pm so we planned to leave the luggage in the hotel “hold” while we spent the day sightseeing and then return for our luggage and go to the airport….no “hold” available. We were offered to just leave our luggage in the lobby at our own risk. We ended up paying $75 more dollars for a 3pm checkout so that we could leave our luggage. Besides the proximity to the airport, $115 for the night didn’t offer much. I won’t stay here again.

A limpeza e troca de toqlhas ser feita de 2 em 2 dias apenas. E como passei uma semana no hotel, fiquei sem sabonete p o banho em um doa dias.

A arrumacao, troca de toalhas e limpeza do quarto acontecem dia sim dia nao, ou seja, nao e todos os dias. E as toalhas nao secam.
El bufet está bueno, personal amable, también hablan español, bien ubicado, el autobús pasa pasando el puente, la zona es segura, el shuttle gratuito es excelente, se notan que son nuevas las instalaciones y el detalle del nombre en la tele al entrar fue excelente.

A localização ótima perto do aeroporto, estacionamento gratuito, alguns restaurante ficam do lado do hotel.
A limpeza, pois quando estamos hospedados a mais de 3 dias não limpam todos os dias, o que deveria ser feito independente dos dias que estejamos hospedados.
Café da manhã bem completo. Funcionários atenciosos. Falam bem espanhol.

El desayuno muy bueno y la ubicación igual
No hacían el servicio de limpieza en mi habitación se les comunicaba el día anterior incluso y registraban y no lo hacían, tampoco recogían la basura con este inconveniente me acerqué a poner una queja pero ya cuando faltaba 1 día para irme. Nuestra habitación fue la 107 en primer piso que tampoco me gustó nosotros queríamos en un piso más alto, deberían compensar de alguna manera algún otro descuento
It was clean, I loved the upstairs where breaskfast was held. The space was beautiful. They had a pool table, the view and overall very nice atmosphere! I would definitely stay there again. Also, the laundry room was available at no additional charge, which was amazing because I had just came off of a cruise and was going to another state before ending my vacation and I liked having clean clothes.
Having to pay for packages especially when some companies send them separately rather than sending them together.
