Clean and nice.
All was good.
Parking garage was a hot mess. You had to physically get out and leave your car at the gate to get someone to open it. The lift gate was broken. Also the front staff seemed really new or at least untrained.

Shuttle Service
Electronic key system was not working so you had to go to reception to open every time when you wanted to enter your room.
Linens and pillow cases were not ironed so you thought that beds were used before

The bus was on time and The driver was friendly . Overall good value for money
- I have stayed at this hotel several times and have always been very happy with my experience.
- The lake-view rooms are spacious, clean, well-equipped, and everything works perfectly.
- The atmosphere throughout the hotel is warm and welcoming.
- The bar is also excellent, offering a good selection of light meals and very good drinks, including cocktails.
- The bar staffs are always friendly, welcoming, and provide great service.
- The men at the reception desk did not seem very interested in answering our questions and came across as rather disengaged.
- The shuttle service often doesn't work
The location was great, close by the airport, restaurants, and convenient stores. The staff were great and friendly. The facility was clean. I loved that they had a shuttle to and from the airport. I also loved that I asked for late check out and the front desk extended my time with no issues. I utilized the gym it was nice and clean. We will definitely be staying here when we visit Miami!
