Lavanderia self service al 2 piano/colazione abbondante
Pros:

Posizione perfetta vicino alla metropolitana linea 1 ricca di negozi e ristoranti dove mangiare. Staff molto cordiale in particolare la Sig.ra Ann Summer che ci ha aiutato a contattare l’albergo precedente per farci recapitare a casa un oggetto smarrito. Consiglio vivamente questo hotel

Buona esperienza a Chendu
Pros:

All'arrivo ci è stato proposto un upgrade alla camera con una differenza di pochi euro che abbiamo accettato. Camera spaziose e pulita, ottimo il servizio di lavanderia, personale disponibile e gentile, buona la colazione

Cons:

La mancanza di un frigo in camera si fa notare. La posizione non proprio centrale, la prima fermata metro disponibile è a circa 1km.

Buen hotel y muy buena ubicación
Pros:

Muy buen desayuno, habitación amplia y limpia y personal dispuesto a ayudar. Tuvimos un problema ya que me olvidé el teléfono móvil en un taxi, y las trabajadoras de recepción (Ash y Summer) nos estuvieron ayudando durante dos horas, haciendo llamadas etc , hasta que conseguimos contactar con el conductor para recuperarlo.

Pros:

Hotel carino e pulito, abbastanza in centro, letti comodi. Molto apprezzato il locale lavanderia dove era possibile fare il bucato gratuitamente a qualsiasi ora .

Pros:

E stato una bella esperienza in questo albergo,le ragazze della reception summer e ella(小夏和小勤）sono davvero fantastiche e molto brave. Eravamo arrivati alle 7:30 in albergo Abbiamo chiesto se potevamo fare check-in prima perché dopo 10 ore di volo più il fuso orario eravamo stanchissimi e ci hanno risposto che potevano fare per le 9 ..sono stati gentili anche a darci la busta per il take away della colazione in stanza per un ospite , sono stati davvero gentili,consiglio vivamente

Cons:

Il bagno era un po sporco nei angoli ci vorrebbe una bella pulita , la colazione è molto abbondante con tante scelte sia asiatica che occidentale.
Nella prima giornata di colazione abbiamo trova una sorpresa su una verdura ( un piccolo insetto ) non è stato molto piacevole, dovrebbero stare più attenti nella preparazione del cibo della prima Linea.
