C’est la troisième fois que l’on vient et tout est toujours parfait. Un superbe personnel au petit soin et un hôtel nickel. N’oublions pas le restaurant très bon.

Tivemos uma excelente experiência no Hotel Jaguar e recomendamos sem hesitar. Desde a chegada, fomos recebidos com enorme simpatia por toda a equipa, sempre muito profissional, disponível e atenciosa. Gostaríamos de agradecer especialmente pelo upgrade de quarto que nos foi oferecido. Foi uma surpresa muito agradável e tornou a nossa estadia ainda mais especial. O quarto era moderno, muito confortável, impecavelmente limpo e com tudo o que precisávamos para descansar. Outro ponto muito positivo é o estacionamento gratuito mesmo em frente ao hotel, o que facilita bastante a estadia para quem viaja de carro. O pequeno-almoço também superou as nossas expectativas: variado, com produtos de qualidade e constantemente reposto. Obrigado a toda a equipa pela hospitalidade e por nos fazer sentir tão bem-vindos. Sem dúvida, voltaremos quando regressarmos ao Porto!

Very good breakfast, plenty of choice the staff where very good. But the big surprise was that the hotel itself upgraded our room which was a very nice surprise due to my wife's birthday. We would definitely return 10/10.

Everything, I totally recommend this hotel. Breakfast was very good, the room is new and with everything you need and silent. They even offer a shuffle from and to the airport for free. Everyone was so kind.
Impresionante, fuimos a celebrar mis 65 años en la noche de san juan y en tantos años he estado en un montón de hoteles, y jamas me han atendido con tanta amabilidad y atención como en este hotel.. Impresionante Ademas todo el personal, . Chapó por el jaguar. Tenías que aprender el personal de este finde c estamos ahora,v todo lo contrario, el sitio es un espectáculo impresionante, pero estos niños tenían que enviarlos al jaguar, a qué los dieran una lecciones

Très bel hôtel, le personnel est aux petits soins, toujours souriant et agréable. Parlant français, ce qui est bien.
Belles chambres et confort parfait.
Un emplacement nous était même réservé pour garer nos 4 grosses motos en sécurité. C'est très appréciable.
