Pros:

El servicio es excelente, nos trataron mucho mejor de lo esperado con pequeños detalles y hasta transporte gratuito un día al centro.
La habitación es cómoda y nos asignaron una habitación silenciosa sin problema.
Aunque no es el tipo de decoración que prefiera, valoro la calidad de los muebles y servicios.
El parqueadero privado frente al hotel se valora y la cercanía al metro también. El barrio es tranquilo y la relación calidad- precio es buena.
El desayuno es bueno.

Cons:

La iluminación en la habitación y en el baño es deficiente, cuesta bastante maquillarse en las mañanas.
Aunque el baño es amplio, se queda corto de espacio en el lavamanos, debido a la cantidad de vasos que dejan.
El piso de la ducha es bastante resbaladizo y peligroso, es importante ponerle algo anti deslizante para evitar un accidente.
El café del desayuno es horrible, de la máquina parece que saliera un café instantáneo de baja calidad y no va acorde con la calidad del hotel.

En primer lugar la atención telefónica de Carolina, por su intermedio me solucionó un problema.
El hotel está ubicado en un barrio no muy central pero está a un par de cuadras de una estación de metro que en 10 min te deja en pleno centro. El barrio muy tranquilo seguro y silencioso.
La habitación muy linda cómoda, la cama y almohadas excelentes. Muy limpio el baño.
El servicio de transporte al y desde el aeropuerto fenomenal.

Top Stadthotel in guter Lage

Sehr nettes, freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Die Lage des Hotel bis zum Centrum zu Fuß ist top. Die Zimmerausstattung wie das Design des Hotel ist meega. Ein Hotel für den Preis in dieser Lage top. Komme wieder. Parking gratis und Shuttlebus bis zum Flughafen auch. Willkommen Trink haben wir zusätzlich bekommen.

Schönes und verkehrsgünstig gelegenes Hotel mit einigen Abstrichen
Pros:

Die Zimmer waren in einem ansprechenden Zustand, sauber und wurden jeden Tag gereinigt. Dazu die tolle und geschmackvolle Gestaltung der Lobby. Das Personal war stets freundlich. Zur Metrostation sind es nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß.

Cons:

Leider entsprach das Frühstück nicht einem 4* - Hotel. Die angebotene Wurst und der Käse waren qualitativ niedrig. Dazu kam, dass z.B. der Kuchen teilweise schon sehr vertrocknet war. Leider war mein Wasserkocher auf dem Zimmer defekt. Erst nach mehrmaliger Meldung an der Rezeption wurde er endlich am dritten Tag getauscht.
