Entspannte Tage in Hinterglemm
Pros:

Es war einfach nur super schön.
Tolle Panorama Suite mit privater Sauna.

Zimmer, Ausstattung und Sauberkeit – super. Aber das viel gelobte Essen …
Pros:

Wir haben dieses Hotel unter anderem deshalb gebucht, weil das Essen so hoch gelobt wurde. Da wir sehr gerne gut essen, war das für uns ein wichtiger Punkt bei der Auswahl.Leider war das Essen in den ersten drei Tagen einfach nur durchschnittlich und völlig geschmacklos. Das Salatbuffet, das als Beilage bzw. als Teil des Abendessens angeboten wird, war eine große Enttäuschung. Jeden Tag gab es dieselben drei Salate – alle auf Kartoffel Coleslaw und Salatblätter. Nicht einmal Tomaten oder Gurken waren dabei.Das Brot war allerdings gut. Das Essen selbst war zwar schön angerichtet, aber die Portionen waren sehr klein. Kleine Portionen wären für uns überhaupt kein Problem, wenn das Essen dafür geschmacklich überzeugt hätte. Leider war es jedoch größtenteils wirklich fad und ohne Geschmack.Während unseres Aufenthalts wurde auch ein Grillabend veranstaltet. Anfangs waren wir positiv überrascht – allerdings nur so lange, bis wir uns das Essen holen wollten. Das Steak war leicht warm, zäh und geschmacklos. Der Fisch war innen roh. Als ich um eine Wurst bat, wurde diese lediglich kurz auf den Grill gelegt, ein wenig hin- und hergerollt und auf den Grill gedrückt, damit sie etwas Farbe bekommt.
Am letzten Tag war das Essen etwas besser und zumindest gewürzt. Eine kulinarische Offenbarung war es aber auch dann nicht.Auch andere Gäste, die neben uns saßen, waren sichtlich enttäuscht und suchten sogar bei Google nach Möglichkeiten, wo sie in der Umgebung gut essen gehen können.
Auch die Getränkepreise zum Essen finden wir völlig überzogen. Das Wasser im Zimmer wird täglich kostenlos aufgefüllt, aber beim Abendessen muss man für dasselbe Wasser 6 Euro bezahlen. Ein regionales Bier wird nicht angeboten – Heineken steht hingegen auf der Getränkekarte.Sehr enttäuschend war außerdem der Service: Die Getränke wurden uns teilweise erst gebracht, als wir mit dem Essen bereits fast fertig waren.

Pros:

The property is an absolute gem. I have found by coincidence and it has exceeded my expectations by far.
Is a very modern apartment building, very clean,that offers free underground parking ,spa and outdoor swimming pool.
We have chosen to go for the half board and although I thought is gonna be an average quality buffet style it was nothing like that.
They offer good quality food, you have a salad bar and for the appetiser and main course they have a menu where you can choose from.
Very friendly staff and attentive. Breakfast is also really good and great coffee.
If you choose the mountain view for the apartment is absolutely worth it. All the details in the room are well thought of , they even have Ritual products and also a small kitchen inside the studio. Very cozy rooms ,with a big balcony .
I am looking forward to come back in winter .

Rundum zufrieden🥰
Pros:

Ein sehr schönes Hotel. Der Empfang war ganz herzlich und sehr sympathisch. Frühstück und Abendessen köstlich und ebenfalls sehr freundliche Bedienung. Mit Allem rundum zufrieden. Wellness haben wir nicht benutzt, waren nur eine Nacht im Hotel, leider.

Super Hotel mit top Personal

Cons:

Es gibt leider keine Möglichkeit die Bikes unterzustellen. Man kann sie draußen abschließen, oder auf dem Auto lassen, die Tiefgarage ist allerdings für größere Autos sehr eng.
