Small mix up on final fee that was corrected
Staying at the Almanac Palais Vienna was a wonderful experience, perfectly blending modern luxury with ultimate room comfort. The location is unbeatable the tram is right out front, the metro is just a three-minute walk, and the city center is a short, pleasant stroll. Waking up to the lovely views of the park added a peaceful touch, but what truly set the stay apart was the remarkably welcoming and friendly staff who made everything effortless from start to finish.
Nothing I just would’ve liked a full-length mirror aside from the mirror in the bathroom

The breakfast is interesting — there is a small buffet with necessities for people on the run and then an extensive menu with special dishes to order. The entrance hall with contemporary art is truly memorable. The spa and pool was just so nice after a long day of walking in Vienna.
There was a problem with a desk in the room which I missed and consider a standard at a 5 star hotel. I had to move rooms as the air conditioning did not work and it took a while to find an adequate replacement room.
Luckily it faced the side of the hotel which is a lot more quiet than facing the main road!

we had a slight issue with the parking when we arrived, but this was very efficiently handled by guest ralations manager Mr Amit Pal.
The cleanliness was exceptional, and the location was excellent. We especially loved the high ceilings and the spacious room. The service was outstanding, and all the staff were very professional, helpful, and welcoming.
There was no rooftop restaurant, and the rooms did not have balconies.
