Beautiful hotel, luxury all the way!
Pros:

Stunning rooms! Paid less here than at the Platzyl hotel in Munich (horrible)- everything was perfect. Cant wait till we come back

Cons:

Didn’t clean floors during our stay and pillows were flat, but other than that it was amazing

Cons:

I value my privacy, so I expected that no one would enter my room while I am a way specially that I have Don't Disturb Sign hanged to the door.

Lovely spot. Definitely recommend.
Pros:

Lovely rooms. Great location. Easy access to an array of restaurants and nice on site bar. The pool and spa area was a real treat.

Breakfast bellinis were a real treat!

We are thankful for a comfortable and pleasant stay.

We loved the staff at the hotel and at the restaurant, the hotel and its location, and our spacious room and bathroom
Thanks to a very friendly, caring and helpful staff from the reception to concierge to bellboys to all the restaurant staff and Nyhar in particular.

Cons:

The view from our room
The air conditioning on our arrival day was not cooling properly, but a technician was sent immediately and the problem was promptly dealt with. Also, without even needing to ask, a fan was sent to our room to help with the temporary situation, until the air conditioning was fixed
