A beautiful and elegant hotel in a great Vienna location. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, the spa was excellent

We had a wonderful stay at Almanac Palais Vienna. The hotel is beautiful, elegant, and very well located. Our rooms were spacious, comfortable, and beautifully designed, and everything was exceptionally clean. The spa and wellness facilities were excellent, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel felt luxurious and relaxing. The staff were professional and pleasant, and we really enjoyed our stay.

Cons:

The only disappointment was at check-in. I had booked and paid a higher rate for rooms with a view, and we had two rooms, but unfortunately the view we had reserved was not available. I understand the hotel was fully booked, but I would have appreciated a little more effort from the front desk to acknowledge the situation or offer an alternative gesture, especially since we had paid extra specifically for the view. Aside from this, our stay was excellent.
