Great stay in Seminyak and will stay again
Pros:

Loved our stay!
Great location, right by the beach and many restaurants. Walking distance to Bintang supermarket.
Friendly staff. They made my son’s birthday trip very special.
Delicious breakfast. Especially the freshly made banana and Nutella crepes! (Don’t forget to ask for ice cream)
The chicken fingers we ordered at the pool were our son’s favourite “nuggets” of our 2 weeks in Bali.
Loved the pool for our 7 year old as he could stand and swim in 1 of them (a lot of other places we stayed, the pools are too deep) didn’t have an issue getting a lounger at the pool. The loungers in the water were a great spot to tan! And the bean bag loungers were comfy.
Our room and bathroom was very clean and spacious.
We will definitely stay here again!

Cons:

Not a major but we thought we could leave our child at the Kids Club while we went to get a massage but it’s a Kids club that you have to stay with child at. Just a FYI for others.

Amazing place to stay!
Pros:

Hotel location is great. Staff are great and very accommodating of any requests, nothing is ever too hard for them. Our booking was for a pool view room, and initial room allocated had a rather limited view of the pool. We asked to be moved but limited availability. The next day Yuli was kind enough to check again and was able to move us. My sister was celebrating her birthday and the guest experience team left a nice surprise of cake for her - a nice touch indeed.
