Lots of families/kids, not great for a bit of peace and quiet, but it is Seminyak
Pros:

Good breakfast, dinner was just ok for the price. Clean and spacious room, air con was freezing. Friendly and helpful staff. With breakkie included makes it good value for money.

Cons:

Would class this as a budget 5 star hotel. Not too bad but nothing special.

Very comfortable stay
Pros:

The hotel and facilities were really lovely! Get heaps of great sun in good positions around the pool! Gym was small but great equipment, very clean everywhere was very clean! Great location a one minute walk to the beach and great coffee spots close by if you dont get the breakfast which we didnt

Mi experiencia en el Grand Mercure Bali Seminyak ha sido muy decepcionante y no corresponde con el nivel de un hotel de esta categoría.

El primer día no recibimos la habitación que habíamos reservado a través de Booking. Habíamos contratado una habitación con vistas a la piscina y, sin previo aviso, nos asignaron una habitación con vistas al jardín. Tuvimos que esperar aproximadamente cuatro horas hasta que finalmente nos entregaron la habitación correcta, perdiendo una parte importante de nuestro primer día de vacaciones.

Posteriormente, durante nuestra estancia, el personal del hotel movió mi motocicleta de alquiler en dos ocasiones sin mi consentimiento. En ningún momento se me pidió autorización ni se me informó previamente. Considero que ningún establecimiento debería manipular el vehículo de un huésped sin su permiso, especialmente tratándose de un vehículo de alquiler, ya que cualquier daño podría generar responsabilidades para el cliente.

Al presentar mi queja solicité hablar con el gerente del hotel. Sin embargo, el gerente no quiso atenderme personalmente. También pedí presentar una reclamación formal y únicamente se me indicó que “lo habían escalado”, sin ofrecerme ninguna solución ni ningún procedimiento para dejar constancia oficial de mi reclamación.

Lo que más me ha decepcionado no ha sido únicamente lo sucedido, sino la falta de atención al cliente y la ausencia de una respuesta adecuada por parte de la dirección del hotel.

Esperaba un servicio acorde con la categoría Grand Mercure, pero mi experiencia ha sido muy inferior a lo esperado.
