Alicante, what's not to like
Pros:

The location is excelent, couple of minutes walk to the harbour, Lots of restaurants and bars arround the corner, yet very quiet

Amazing location and staff. Read the small print about parking.
Pros:

Amazing location. Lots of character and history to the building. Staff were exceptionally friendly. Bed was comfortable. Shower was good.

Cons:

Although the details are buried in the small print, ‘parking’ is NOT one of the features unless you book well in advance. Being shown a tourist map and sent off to a public car park (€30 fee) was disappointing. Air con worked a bit too well (😂) and only 1 sheet on the bed (no duvet or blanket) made for a cold night.

Frukosten är bra. Personalen är trevliga, hjälpsamma och tillmötesgående. Byggnaden är fantastisk och läget är super.

Cons:

Sängen var stenhård och det här rummet hade extremt liten toalett. Endast axelbrett mellan vägg och duschvägg vid toastolen. (Mycket mindre än en meter, så man sitter inklämd mellan väggarna och kan inte röra armarna när man sitter på toa)
Vi är bägge normalviktiga vuxna.

Nice break in Alicante
Pros:

This is our 2nd visit to this hotel, the location is excellent and a short stroll to good restaurants and bars. Rooms were comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. There was a lovely rooftop terrace where we could enjoy a night cap and lovely views. Breakfast was good and excellent value. Staff were friendly and helpful

Cons:

We found the beds were a little hard for us but no big deal
