Our Hotel, at the heart of the buzzy center of Leamington Spa, are above the picturesque Terrace Restaurant and Bar on the ground floor of Victoria Colonnade. This means that our guests can enjoy all-day dining on site, from morning coffee and cakes, through to gourmet dinners and evening drinks. At weekends, the Terrace Bar is a popular venue for live music, mostly mellow acoustic sounds and jazz, so we like our guests to be aware that there may be some music audible from their rooms until just after midnight on Fridays and Saturdays, however this has not proved to be a problem. The open-air section of the restaurant on the terrace beside the river closes at midnight but the Terrace Bar continues serving drinks until 2am.

The location is convenient and the size of the room was good. The bed was large and we had a comfortable night’s sleep.
One of the towels was stained, dirty and unusable, spare quilts and pillows in the wardrobe were also stained and appeared to be unclean. The room was generally clean but there were a lot of cobwebs. The bedside lamp was not working and the handle on the bathroom door was broken. We stayed during a heatwave and the windows had been left closed, one fan was provided but it was insufficient. No drinking water provided. Water pressure on shower was poor.
Huge noise due to drunk World Cup watchers trying to break in a 4.30 am lovely just what you want when trying to sleep at least the door held and they didn’t get in
Great location, lovely rooms, lovely staff and the bar downstairs is excellent too.
No complaints, was very warm in the room but understandable in a heatwave
Very Central lovely location and reasonably priced
There was a late night party in one of the rooms kept us awake
Great location, easy access, friendly staff
Nothing
Room fine if small
Music until early hours. The venue notify you in a long message sent after booking but I didnt see it as it was tucked away in the middle. It's not a viable option really for anyone wanting to sleep on friday / Saturday night.
I liked the location. Some of the staff members were nice but didnt seem to be able to help with the issues we had.
The door didnt lock and it wasnt fixed until 36 hours after the problem was first brought up. There were multiple inturruptions of the 'locksmith' in our room for multiple hours throughout the day. The staff kept walking into our room unannounced as for some reason they werent communicated with that we were in the room, one time while my girlfriend was only in her bra. This stopped us from being able to do any of my girlfriends birthday plans as we didnt want to leave our bags in an unlocked room. When we were finally offered the chance to keep our things in the cellar, which obviously wasnt ideal - we then walked past the cellar to have the door being wide open for anyone to walk into. These issues were brought up multiple times and the manager seemed unwilling to help, only offering us a one night refund (for two whole days worth of inturruption and uncomfortable inconveniences) which still hasnt been issued. Attached is a photo of the guy who was in our room for hours trying to fix the lock and the picture of the cellar door being open.
Great location and the bar and restaurant were stunning.
