Great staff, great nights sleep, fabulous breakfast
Pros:

Great value. Stay in Warrington regularly including Park Royal across the road. The breakfast here was hands down the best of any Warrington hotel.

Lovely place
Pros:

Nice pub serving good food at a reasonable price. Location was perfect for our visit to Stockton Heath.

Cons:

We had an accessible room as it was the only one available. Room ok but the sink is on the small side and you cannot fill the kettle from the tap.

Checj in was at the bar in busy pub.Rom was old and dreary . Breakfast didn't start until 9am so had to skip it as had a ferry to catch.

Staff lovely, friendly, and helpful. Mattress lovely. Breakfast excellent but no cereal, which was a bit disappointing. Would have given full stars except room was not light and airy like picture, painted really dark and a bit grubby. Could do with a fresh paint. One of the single beds was a fold away bed, which we didn't expect. OK for smaller children but our daughter is 14. Excellent location and would definitely come back again. Warm welcoming atmosphere in the pub and plenty of parking in onsite free carpark.

Cons:

Free large on-site car park. Comfortable mattress. Friendly staff. Location value for money.
