Pros:

Hotel in palazzo storico molto bello, pulito e comodo per visitare a piedi la città. Staff gentile e disponibile.

Cons:

Troppo rumore di ventole e condizionatori dalla finestra (,per chi, come me, ama dormire con la finestra aperta)

Konumu ve tesisin merkezi olmasına rağmen sessiz sakin olması güzeldi.
Çalışanlar güzel bir ekip çalışması ile misafirlerine iyi hizmet verdiler.

Cons:

Kahvaltıda verdikleri meyve sularına koydukları buzlar çok fazla olduğu İçin lezzeti hiç yoktu.

Vorsicht bei der Zimmervergabe !!!

Cons:

Unser Zimmerfenster war direkt neben dem Ausgang der Klimaanlage. Es brummte sehr laut. So laut, dass man nicht das Fenster öffnen konnte- von der Luft ganz zu schweigen. Dieses Zimmer hätte nicht als bessere Zimmerkategorie vergeben werden dürfen !!! Angeblich war die Klimaanlage gerade erst kaputt gegangen und deshalb so laut. Eine bessere Alternative konnte nicht angeboten werden - das Personal war freundlich bemüht.

Wir würden dieses Hotel auf jeden Fall wieder wählen.
Pros:

Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls gut. Auch das Essen im Restaurant war ausgezeichnet. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer wurden jeden Tage gereinigt. Wir haben es auch sehr geschätzt, dass es jeden Tag eine Flasche Wasser im Zimmer gab und auch, dass man sich an der Bar mit Wasser bedienen konnte.

Cons:

Es fehlt ein Schrank im Zimmer. Die Handtücher müssten nicht unbedingt jeden Tag gereinigt werden.

Drei wunderbare Tage in Porto
Pros:

Zimmer mit Sicht auf Platz. Gute Lage für Bus und Metro. Auch zu Fuss kann man die meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten gut erreichen. Zahlreiche Resterants in der Nähe.

Cons:

Uns fällt nichts ein.

The hotel was very centrally located, the hotel and rooms are modern and the bathroom spacious. The ground floor bathrooms are stunning!

We had a lovely time and because of the location of the hotel were able to see so much of Porto
Pros:

The staff were really helpful and accommodating. The hotel is in a really good location. The room was very comfy and clean.

Cons:

The air-con was not as good as we had had in other hotels during our Portugal stay.
There was a slight smell in the bathroom as if there might have been some drain issues.

gute Lage, sehr freundliches Personal, ist zum Empfehlen
Pros:

sehr gute Lage, sowohl zu Fuß als auch in Kürze bei der Metro Station, Frühstück war o.K.; sowohl in der Empfangshalle als auch im Zimmer gab es immer frisches Wasser.
