Good central location with friendly staff
Pros:

Location is really central

Cons:

The room smelt a little and when you opened the window we were near what seemed to be fans from the kitchen so that smelt worse than the room.

Pros:

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Wszędzie blisko. Metro, restauracje, atrakcje itp. Powitalna lampka Porto w hotelowym barze. Dobre śniadania. Miła obsługa. Oczywiście codzienne sprzątanie i wymiana ręczników. Jedyny mały mankament to nieco hałasująca wentylacja na zewnątrz ale szczelne okna niemal skutecznie ją wygłuszały. Nie było problemu z przechowaniem bagażu po wymeldowaniu. Dobry stosunek jakości do ceny. Polecam.

Ótima opção com muito conforto e perto de tudo.
Pros:

Excelente hotel é uma localização espetacular. O hotel fica em uma área muito central da cidade onde dá para fazer tudo andando. Se você está disposto a caminhar por portos esse hotel é uma ótima opção.

Cons:

O ar condicionado do guardo deixa muito a desejar. A cidade estava muito quente. Reclamei duas vezes e nada concreto foi feito.

3 star hotel with the price of a 4 star.
Pros:

Room was clean, styled nicely and the location is central, right next to the town hall. Staff were also friendly. Oh and the shower was powerful.

Cons:

We asked for a double bed and got two singles. The air conditioning took hours to cool down and got switched off whenever we left the room. The bathroom was relatively small and the door for it opened in rather than out, which is a terrible design decision because every time you went to use the toilet you had squeeze round a door.

Pros:

Hôtel proche a pieds de nombreux sites touristiques, ainsi que la station de métro Trindade qui vous emmène directement à l'aéroport ( 30 minutes et 2€30 )
Très propre et de belles chambres bien insonorisé. Les petits déjeuners sont copieux. Et le personnel est d'une grande gentillesse.

Rien.

Завтрак очень скромный) Расположение в центре, но мы передвигались на такси, оно в Португалии недорогое

Cons:

Идёт капитальный ремонт в соседнем здании. С 8 утра перфоратором ломают стены.
Наши окна были во двор. Но ресторан на параллельной улице занял внутренний двор. Гости в будний день веселились до 2 часов. Слышно их было даже через закрытые двери( Будем надеяться, что у кого-то было самое счастливое событие в жизни)

Hotel OK en una linda ciudad
Pros:

Calidez del personal, habitación y desayuno

Cons:

La zona resulta un poco marginal y no contar con parking, una molestia (si bien fueron muy amables de facilitar un lugar cercano)

Great Location
Pros:

The location of the hotel is excellent to explore both the new and historic part of Porto with the famous bridge and Riverside within walking distance. There are vast selection of bars and restaurants nearby. Staff are excellent and very helpful. This hotel has it's unique charm.

Cons:

Breakfast could have been better with more selection of food.
