Agradable y amplio hotel en las afueras de Québec con buena relación calidad precio.
Pros:

Habitación familiar muy amplia y cómoda, con 2 camas de matrimonio y sofá cama grande, piscina y gimnasio agradables. Pan sin glicina tostador individual, un detalle. Personal atento.

Cons:

El sofá cama era muy incómodo y no limpiaron la habitación, lo hacen cada 2 días y como estuvimos 2 noches, nos quedamos sin limpieza.

Everything was good except the pillow
Pros:

Good breakfast, breakfast room is big

Cons:

The pillows are ultra soft , even I doubled the pillows, it will stay flat eventually. It’s hard to sleep because I’m used to a higher firm pillow

Cons:

La chambre au dessus nous a pioché sur la tête des heures. Une intensité jamais vue. Ils ont été avertis deux fois et ont continué jusqu’à 1:30 AM pour recommencer de plus belle à 6:30. Ils auraient dû être changé de chambre après nos plaintes. On nous a dit que c’était une personne en marchette. Mais impossible pour une personne en marchette de se déplacer des heures sans aucuns arrêt Et de toute façon pourquoi mettre des gens au dessus s’ils sont dans une telle situation. Aucuns dédommagements

Pros:

Bed was comfortable and the shower was great.Location was good.Nice Staff.

Cons:

The carpet was dirty,room had some dusty areas.Expected a breakfast with more local ingredients and traditional,rather then simple americanized one.

Pros:

L'accueil avec le sourire et gentillesse. Les accommodements dans notre grande chambre', frigo, micro-onde, vaisselles et ustensiles. Le déjeuner compris dans le prix.

Cons:

Le café en pochette avait vraiment mauvais goût et difficile à mettre dans la cafetière Keurig, c'est vraiment un café de bas de gamme/chapeau, ce serait un bon investissement de changé pour des dosette/capsule à café et surtout apprécié de votre clientèle.
