Un meilleur séjour dans cet Hôtel.
Pros:

Juste magnifique, y'avait du jus d'orange qui était épuisé un Monsieur noir qui est venu avec sourire pour nous dire qu'il va placer une bouteille de jus dans la machine. Vraiment j'aime beaucoup ya du tout pour déjeuner. Une excellente expérience. Beaucoup de famille.

Bâtiment comme neuf, bornes de recharges électriques, piscine, personnel agréable et souriant.

Cons:

Déjeuner (salé) décevant. Bacon qui ne ressemble pas à du bacon et omelettes vraiment trop industriel et bas de gamme. Pas de patates dejeuner et peu de choix de fruits. Meilleur choix dans la concurrence du même niveau. Aussi à notre arrivée le papier toilette n'était pas changé de la précédente famille.

Clean hotel, comfortable stay but poor breakfast.
Pros:

Clean and very modern. TV’s were smart TV, easy to use. Kitchenette had everything we needed. Pool was nice. Excellent location, everything was near by, from grocery stores to restaurants to attractions. Clean area and nice surroundings.

Cons:

Breakfast had poor choices. It was very basic breakfast buffet. I was disappointed with the eggs that were dry, no potatoes. No special pastries or fruit selection as well compared to other Hilton. I was also disappointed with not having the kit for the sofa bed. I asked at the front desk that I needed the sofa bed but then later at night couldn’t find any pillows or blankets or sheets. Another turn off point of the sound of the passing cars.

Value for money.
Pros:

Good service and clean facility. Totally worth the price. The location is perfect if you want to visit the top attractions in Quebec. The breakfast was good too.

Nice facilities, shallow pool
Pros:

Facilities were very clean and our room was large and comfortable.

Cons:

We chose this hotel for the pool and found though it was nice, it’s really more appropriate for children to swim. The pool is only four feet deep so you can’t really “swim” so much as soak.

Pros:

We found the staff excellent to deal with, very professional and helpful. The rooms were spacious and comfortable and the breakfasts were very good and always varied. The location was great. Close to the airport and a short drive to any of the attractions in the city, including Old Town. We would definitely stay there again and recommend the hotel to our friends.
