Pros:

Breakfast was good, 2 pool options was great. Rooms spacious and clean. Nice balcony and good interleading room for families. Reception staff was fantastic with help to order taxi and excursions.

Pros:

The only benefit to the hotel was that they provided a free taxi service into Hoi An

Cons:

Staff did not make up our room when they knew we were out from 8am to 1pm and then made us feel uncomfortable when we questioned it. Only 1 member of staff seemed apologetic. Our shopping bags were checked when we returned in the evening checking for beer and food! Food I understand but I am 60 and if I want to buy a can of beer to drink on the terrace I don't think that's a problem I not having a party! I felt that they were checking what was in the bin in the morning. We ordered a Chicken Club sandwich at lunchtime which was very poor; bacon from breakfast, bland and over priced.

It was nice clean and peaceful boutique hotel. Food was good and the staff were very helpful and courteous.

Cons:

It was a grab ride away from the city centre. So couldn’t feel the Hoi-An vibe.

Nice hotels with good amenities
Pros:

Staff was friendly and responsive.
Rooms were nicely decorated and had all necessary amenities. Nice pool area, with towels provided.
Breakfast buffet had good variety.
Free bicycles and shuttle service to old town/beach available.

Overall, a nice hotel, but lacking some details.
The most disappointing part was that we originally booked this hotel over other ones because it had a gym. When we arrived, we were told there was some maintenance work going on, and they would inform us within 1-2 days when we can use it. We stayed a total of 5 nights and we were never informed, nor got to use it.
The free shuttle times were not convenient to us personally, so we never used them. There was no early morning one (first one was at 10am), or any times in between dinner (there was one at 8pm, but we were hoping for times like 6pm and 10pm). We ended up paying for rides when we needed them.
The bicycles were very convenient for us, but were missing bells, which we think would be essential in Vietnam. They also didn’t have any lights, which made it a bit dangerous to cycle back after the sun had gone down. My partner is also quite tall and the seat did not go up high enough, which meant his knees would hit the bars when he steered.
The laundry service was good, but a bit expensive.
We stayed in 1 room for 4 nights and a more expensive room for our last night (our travelled plans changed and the same room was no longer available for the extra night). The more expensive room had an outdoor shower, which we tried to use but the water would not get hot enough, so we ended up showering inside. We ended up preferring the cheaper room, since it was more spacious and had a balcony.

Sehr schönes Hotel, mit sehr freundlichem Personal, das sich um alles gekümmert hat wenn es fragen gab. Umfangreiches Frühstücksbuffet. Es war wirklich von allem etwas dabei. Pool sehr schön und ruhig. Allgemeine sehr ruhig.

Cons:

Der Private Strand war Teil einer Beach Bar die sauber und ordentlich war aber auch ordentliche Preise bei Essen und Trinken hatte.
Leider bisschen ab vom Schuss, man ist auf das Shuttle bzw ein Taxi angewiesen wenn man in die Altstadt bzw zu einem Strand möchte.

A very pleasant stay at a top-tier hotel
Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay at Ahoy Hoi An Boutique Resort & Spa. The staff members were very professional, friendly and willing to help (special thanks to the front-desk workers who never failed to lend us assistance when we needed it, all while smiling). The place was beautiful (especially at night, with the lights on) and the surroundings are worth wandering through. All in all, a very pleasant stay at a top-tier hotel.

Pros:

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They helped us get tickets for the Ly Son island feery. The breakfast was great. The pool areas very relaxing. The location was ok, walkable to the riverfront entertainment area. Nice walking in the neighborhood among the rice fields.

Cons:

The gym was not operating.
