Sehr schönes Hotel, mit sehr freundlichem Personal, das sich um alles gekümmert hat wenn es fragen gab. Umfangreiches Frühstücksbuffet. Es war wirklich von allem etwas dabei. Pool sehr schön und ruhig. Allgemeine sehr ruhig.
Der Private Strand war Teil einer Beach Bar die sauber und ordentlich war aber auch ordentliche Preise bei Essen und Trinken hatte.
Leider bisschen ab vom Schuss, man ist auf das Shuttle bzw ein Taxi angewiesen wenn man in die Altstadt bzw zu einem Strand möchte.

The most disappointing part was that we originally booked this hotel over other ones because it had a gym. When we arrived, we were told there was some maintenance work going on, and they would inform us within 1-2 days when we can use it. We stayed a total of 5 nights and we were never informed, nor got to use it.
The free shuttle times were not convenient to us personally, so we never used them. There was no early morning one (first one was at 10am), or any times in between dinner (there was one at 8pm, but we were hoping for times like 6pm and 10pm). We ended up paying for rides when we needed them.
The bicycles were very convenient for us, but were missing bells, which we think would be essential in Vietnam. They also didn’t have any lights, which made it a bit dangerous to cycle back after the sun had gone down. My partner is also quite tall and the seat did not go up high enough, which meant his knees would hit the bars when he steered.
The laundry service was good, but a bit expensive.
We stayed in 1 room for 4 nights and a more expensive room for our last night (our travelled plans changed and the same room was no longer available for the extra night). The more expensive room had an outdoor shower, which we tried to use but the water would not get hot enough, so we ended up showering inside. We ended up preferring the cheaper room, since it was more spacious and had a balcony.

We really enjoyed our stay at Ahoy Hoi An Boutique Resort & Spa. The staff members were very professional, friendly and willing to help (special thanks to the front-desk workers who never failed to lend us assistance when we needed it, all while smiling). The place was beautiful (especially at night, with the lights on) and the surroundings are worth wandering through. All in all, a very pleasant stay at a top-tier hotel.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They helped us get tickets for the Ly Son island feery. The breakfast was great. The pool areas very relaxing. The location was ok, walkable to the riverfront entertainment area. Nice walking in the neighborhood among the rice fields.
The gym was not operating.

The staff are friendly and accommodating, the hotel is beautiful with great facilities (2 pools, food breakfast options and well presented), well positioned, beautiful greenery (feels like a sanctuary).

Close proximity to An Bang Beach and Hoi An. Felt like a luxury boutique hotel with both pools being very quiet so the perfect place to rest. We loved the outdoor shower in our room! The reception staff were extremely helpful when we arrived giving us a map of Hoi An, information on recommended suit tailors, explaining the process and information on the free hotel shuttle to beach/old town.
Breakfast was a little limited on food options. We arrived at breakfast at 9:15 one day and the juices were warm where the ice had melted but was fine when we arrived earlier on other days.
This is a really beautiful resort to stay in Hoi An, lovely rooms spacious with the best best beds and bedding. The pools are fantastic, and the setting is beautiful.
My Family and I had a wonderful stay here. It was very peaceful, down a quiet road with lovely surroundings at the hotel and numerous places to explore in the local area, but only a $3 Grab ride to the Old Town. The swimming pools were much used after a day of exploring as was the bar for a couple of drinks by the pool in the evening. The interconnecting rooms were spotless and well appointed. The staff were all lovely, very helpful and friendly. The breakfasts were great and varied. I recommend the Pho in particular which was delicious. Highly Recommended
