Đây là một trải nghiệm tệ khi ngôn ngữ quốc gia tôi không dùng được trên đất nước tôi, tôi tự hỏi liệu các bạn có tuyển một bạn nhân viên người Việt không biết tiếng anh tới làm lễ tân không? Good stay in great location.
Pros:

Ultra modern hotel with decent breakfast, gym and self service laundry. Staff pretty helpful. Clean and tidy. Location is good, on the river close to dragon bridge, markets, restaurants etc.

Cons:

For Vietnam the cost was quite high and the rooms very small (not much space to open suitcase). Almost a bit too trendy, and large, therefore lacking personality and charm. But otherwise it’s good.

I could not wait to leave. Do not stay here.
Pros:

Literally the only thing I liked was the view of the river from our riverside room. Otherwise, it was incredibly expensive, dirty, with minusculepti rooms.

Cons:

Our room here was AUD$186 a night which is unbelievably expensive by Vietnam standards. It was $50 a night more than our hotel in HCMC which was literally three times the size, and $80 a night more than our hotel in Hanoi which was also three times the size. To say the room was tiny is an understatement. It needs to be seen to be believed. You won't be able to open your suitcase, unless it is on the bed. The hotel is dirty, the carpets stink of smoke and outside each lift are bins full of cigarettes despite it being non-smoking. The bathroom (also tiny!) gets completely soaked by the shower every time you use it. The "reception" (if you can call it that) is on the 5th floor so you have no interaction with staff for recommendations or help, though maybe it's a good thing as I found the staff reflected the hotel with a poor attitude. The breakfast is a joke - it's beyond packed with nowhere to sit. We took a quick look and quickly realised we didn't need to bother. I think booking.com should reconsider offering this hotel. Our three weeks in Vietnam have been incredible and this was the only negative in this whole beautiful country. An absolute rip off for a dirty, tiny, horrible hotel. Location isn't ideal either - it's not a walk to the beach or An Thuong and it's not in the city centre on the other side of the river. I rarely leave negative reviews but I really hated this place.

Very good location, close to shops etc. The only thing I would add is a service to purchase entrance to kets for places like Ba Na Hills to avoid the hassle of trying to find a vendor.

Will not come back.

Cons:

There is no kettle in the room. Our little son is so hungry and we grab instant noodles down at wink shop. Since there is no hot water in the room, my husband had to come down to ask for hot water and the staff said he had to buy noodle at their store. They dont serve hot water. I wonder if it is hot water for babies how would they treat customers? Small things make the stay feeling off.

Stunning view
Pros:

Stunning view of the river from my room. Exceptionally good breakfast and the hotel provides motorbike rentals too. And the 24 hour check-in system makes it an easy choice if I go to DaNang.
