Khách sạn được vị trí trung tâm, tuy nhiên phòng nhỏ quá, giường bé. Đặc biệt nhà vệ sinh quá bé, phải lách ra vào khá khó khăn. Tự đánh giá là 5 sao mà không có ấm đun nước, không có trà cà phê trong phòng (ks 3 sao đã có rồi), xem trên mạng tự ghi là có chỗ đỗ xe ô tô, thì đúng là có chỗ đỗ thật nhưng mà là đỗ ngoài hè phố công cộng, không phải đỗ trong khuôn viên khách sạn hay hầm khách sạn, cũng may đỗ mà không bị lấy gương xe.

It was a very comfortable and clean stay
Pros:

The property is very clean, there was no musty smell that we had experienced in the other hotels we had visited before booking this one. The beds are very comfortable, the AC works well, the bathroom is clean and the shower has good water pressure and temperature. It is within walking distance from the dragon bridge and night market. The Vietnamese/American breakfast buffet was also very good. The staff were professional and very accommodating to our requests.

I enjoyed it.
Pros:

It was very clean. Staff was so nice and accommodating. Very Comfortable bed! Love the shower. Everything is convenient from this location.

Cons:

Food variety, loud noises at night and early morning over my room. Washers that have soap but you cannot see soap so I question the cleanliness of my laundry.

This hotel has great potential. The location is excellent, the views are perfect, and the rooms are clean, modern, and well-designed.

However, the rooftop pool area needs better management. At times, it looked like a house after a party—towels thrown here and there, with no staff members around to clean it up in a timely manner. This is definitely something you would expect a hotel of this level to keep an eye on.
