Pros:

Awesome breakfast selections. Very polite, friendly and hospitable staff. Everything was clean and tidy. Comfy bed. Great location. There's a band on every night dowstairs that stops promptly at 10pm. Very quiet after 10pm.

A wonderful hotel with a stylish design, friendly staff, and exceptional breakfasts. I’ve stayed at many hotels in Da Nang, including five-star ones, but this hotel had the best breakfast selection, especially the fresh fruits. The rooms are modern, clean, and have everything you need. The only small downside was that my room was a bit small, but I chose the cheaper room category, and there were larger options available. Overall, the value for money is excellent, and I will definitely stay here again on my next visit.

Pros:

Wir waren jetzt schon zum zweiten Mal hier und es hat uns wieder gut gefallen. Vor allem die Sauberkeit in den Zimmern ist hier top. Das Frühstück ist sehr umfangreich. Abends spielt unten an der Bar Musik, was auch schön ist.

Cons:

Das Bad war etwas interessant, da das Wasser der Dusche einmal auf die andere Seite des Bades zum Abfluss laufen musste. Es war allerdings nicht so schlimm wie befürchtet.

Exceptionally rude staff
Pros:

Close to beach, good ac, close to shops

Cons:

Staff are exceptionally rude, even the ones at reception and the bar. There is a big language barrier but it takes two mins to use Google translate. No patience with elderly patients and deception with liquor rates. Same beer costs more at night. When asked, they start screaming at my 80 yr old dad.
7 seater taxi was prebooked for five days in advance. They did a switch bait and made us take the 16 seater as the seven seater could barely fit five adults and two kids.

All in all, this could have been an exceptional stay if not for the rude staff. Brain was the only decent staff.

Pros:

Very clean and well equipped room. You get beach towel for free. The hotel has a nice bar with live music in the evening. Very good location close to the beach. Nice breakfast with a good selection of asian and international food.

Cons:

The prize for drinks and food in the bar ist very high.

Pros:

I stayed at this hotel several times and in three different rooms, and every stay was very pleasant. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the breakfast was good with enough variety, and the location is excellent. The hotel offers great value for money. What impressed me the most was the reception staff – the ladies at the front desk were always very kind, friendly, and welcoming. They made me feel at home and were always ready to help with a smile.

Perfect in every aspect
Pros:

Everything was perfect, the hotel's location was top-notch, the room was super clean, and breakfast was different every day with drinks and coffee.We did a massage there, and it was exceptional. Room service every day and panorama windows with tons of light. There's some really nice music every day. I highly recommend this hotel

Great stay that was worth the money
Pros:

Bed was really comfortable and sheets are always clean. Water bottles in the room were for free, affordable prices for laundry, great service and attentive staff. Loved that every day at the event they have live performances. Breakfast is awesome although not that much of options if you don’t eat seafood and pork. Silk robes are awesome! And i like that the room came with the bag and towels for the beach.

Cons:

Nothing besides that the rooftop didn’t have a pool (but that’s just a thought.
