Pros:

I stayed at this hotel several times and in three different rooms, and every stay was very pleasant. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the breakfast was good with enough variety, and the location is excellent. The hotel offers great value for money. What impressed me the most was the reception staff – the ladies at the front desk were always very kind, friendly, and welcoming. They made me feel at home and were always ready to help with a smile.

Perfect in every aspect
Pros:

Everything was perfect, the hotel's location was top-notch, the room was super clean, and breakfast was different every day with drinks and coffee.We did a massage there, and it was exceptional. Room service every day and panorama windows with tons of light. There's some really nice music every day. I highly recommend this hotel

Great stay that was worth the money
Pros:

Bed was really comfortable and sheets are always clean. Water bottles in the room were for free, affordable prices for laundry, great service and attentive staff. Loved that every day at the event they have live performances. Breakfast is awesome although not that much of options if you don’t eat seafood and pork. Silk robes are awesome! And i like that the room came with the bag and towels for the beach.

Cons:

Nothing besides that the rooftop didn’t have a pool (but that’s just a thought.

Pros:

Beautiful hotel, varied breakfast choices. Great location to beach and good location to the city centre. Very clean room and bathroom and YouTube on the tv.

Hot water goes off when showering sometimes.

It was a great stay, we slept comfortably. The room is simple yet well equipped.
Pros:

Breakfast was tasty, lots of fresh fruit options! We also love that this hotel is very thoughtful to serve the beach goers — there are water station to clean feet, beach towel, even cleansing oil to strip down sunblock residue!

Cons:

The elevator is a bit slow in peak hour, but i dont think it was something necessary to complain about.
Please add more non-pork options to the menu.

Very good and resonalbe for the price.
Pros:

The refrigerator and phone was not working. I ordered room service via WhatsApp. The refrigerator was replaced on the last day of the stay. Other than that the place was very nice, clean and quiet. The staff was friendly and nice.

Cons:

Breakfast buffet, clean and neat.

Great location and a comfortable hotel. I would stay here again.
Pros:

The room was very spacious and the bed comfortable. I had a great view of the beach from my window. Nice little touches like a beach bag, clothes steamer and hair dryer and straightener. The location was great, one block back from the beach and there were traffic lights which were obeyed so you could cross the road easily to get to the beach without having a heart attack! Staff were friendly. Breakfast was basic but adequate. They have a small band and singer most nights downstairs but generally finished by 10:00pm and you can hardly hear in your room.

Cons:

Was all good. I would definitely stay here again.

Wir hatten einen fantastischen Aufenthalt im Päma Boutique Hotel und sind sehr zufrieden.

​Lage: Die Lage ist hervorragend und der perfekte Ausgangspunkt, um alles zu erkunden.

​Service & Sauberkeit: Das gesamte Team ist unglaublich aufmerksam und herzlich. Zudem war unser Zimmer makellos sauber – man fühlt sich sofort wohl.

​Frühstück: Das Frühstück war ein echtes Highlight – frisch, abwechslungsreich und einfach lecker.

​Wellness: Ein besonderes Lob verdient die Massage, die wir im Hotel gebucht haben. Es war pure Entspannung!

​Fazit: Wir können das Päma Boutique Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und kommen definitiv wieder. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit!

Cons:

Ein kleiner Hinweis zur Zimmeraufteilung: Der Duschbereich ist so gestaltet, dass man danach über den nassen Boden zur Toilette gehen muss. Da der Boden nach dem Duschen längere Zeit feucht bleibt, muss man hier etwas aufpassen.

I love everything about Pama, everyone was so kind and friendly
Pros:

The staff at the reception & door team, they are all friendly & helpful. Anticipated needs, all so good at their jobs. The staff at the restaurant on the 2nd floor, kept the buffet very tidy and clean. Everything from the coffee, coconut coffee, the delicious fresh fruit, the variety of hot food and home cooked noodles.

I would recommend to anyone
