Pros:

Very nice hotel apartments with a little kitchenette, super clean and overall great value for money.
The location is not very foreigner friendly though, but was convenient for what we needed.
There are a lot of local restaurants and cafes along with minimarts.

SCAM - Spend your money elsewhere!

Do not book here - They texted us on the day of check in (2.30 p.m.) while we were in the plane that we can not check in because its overbooked. We had a confirmed reservation.. and booked 5 days in advance

Comfort in the Heart of Hanoi
Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay at Granda Lake View Hotel and Apartments. The check in process was easy and our hotel room was spacious, clean and comfortable. They had amenities like water and clean towels replaced daily. We enjoyed the view from our room and we were able to easily access food and shops nearby. It was about a 15-20 minute taxi ride to the Old Quarter. We would highly recommend staying here!

Its okay but not Ok.
Pros:

The Hotel is too far from the Old quarter and no attractive spot to go.
The communication is not good not good in English.
But the room si big and very okay for a family.

Great service
Pros:

The housekeeping and laundry service was really great. The location is not good, if there is a need to get to the old city every day. But around the apartment, there are nice cafes and a WinMart. So, everything only a one or two minutes to go to buy a lot of food and enjoying a good cup of coffee

Cons:

For my demands, the apartment was perfect and showed a very good price for the service.

Superb
Pros:

The lady working at the reception is really helpful and accommodating. The lady who did room service for us was really polite and kind. The room was clean, the WiFi speed was satisfactory. All in all it was a comfortable stay for us)

It was a pleasant stay despite the occasional noise.
Pros:

The intern who worked at the front desk had a nice disposition and communicated via Google Translate with me. I appreciated that the apartment was clean. The WiFi worked well. There were laundry machines on the 6th floor (but I didn't end up using them because I was there for a short stay). There was a cleaning service. The bed was comfortable. The seats were comfortable.

Cons:

If this business would like to market themselves as a hotel, they should provide food services (at least breakfast) Otherwise, 'apartment' should be in the title alone. A hotel provides more services for their guests (meals, tourism/tour advice, gym etc.) - none of which were provided here. Also, to be more competitive in the tourism industry, staff should speak another language beyond their native language.
The walls are thin. I heard all of my neighbor's bathroom activity, elevator activity and talking in the hallway.

Pros:

Big space. Clean room, laundry service, storage for clothing, friendly staff.

Cons:

Not that soundproof. I could hear people from outside speaking late in the evening. Second day no warm water. In overall we were satisfied with our stay.

all! even their services.. receptionist are helpful and ready to answer to all of our queries. Complete with utensils, cold AC, everything inside the room is functioning well.. We're satisfied about our experience in Granda Lake.. Thank you so much

Cons:

the only problem is, they don't have landline phone in their room connecting to the reception area. We still need to go down to 1st floor to talk to the receptionist for our concerns.. But above all everything is very nice..
