I booked a 3 bedroom ended up with a one bedroom , pics of the web doesn’t represent what the rooms are like also it’s hard to get someone to speak too
Everything , I only stayed one night and they wouldn’t refund my money stayed 7 hours and I was still charged for 4 days
Across the street from the beach
Room next door had a dog that barked all night long!! Not just a few times… all night. Complained to the motel staff via text message since they do not have any staff there after 8 pm. Motel manager replied sorry we can’t help you out until the next day since nobody is available. We ended up leaving at 4 in the morning since it was our last night and couldn’t sleep anyway. We asked for a partial refund due to this situation and both the manager and Booking.com refused. We even had video recordings of multiple times all night of dog barking and they said sorry too bad. Won’t be staying here again or using booking.com again.
Very convenient for the sites and beach
I didnt like that I found 3 roaches and some other small bugs.
The dishes that were there for us were dirty so we had to wash them ourselves.

After our room change the stay was great. The staff was quick to answer back about changing the room to something cleaner.
The first room we were given wasn’t clean at all. Hair in the ice tray, stains on the pillows cases and bedding, mirrors were dirty and the ceiling fan did not work. Zoe was a great help and was able to get our room changed for us.
loved but wifi bad
The room consisted of two beds and a bathroom. When we arrived the room was warm. The air conditioner is too small to cool the room.
We only had 4 towels for the week for 4 people.
Overall, the room could have been cleaner, but it served its purpose for us for the week.
Not anything about it was worth staying, my wife and I had to go else where to purchase another hotel
Sheets had stains on them, walls had dried blood by bathroom mirror an etc we contacted the manager bck they wouldn't refund us or money bck nor try to give us something better so my wife an I didn't even stay at the facility
Worst hotel experience of my life. We walked in the door to find a cockroach in the room. I ran to get toilet paper to capture it, but the roll was empty and I had to open a new package. Fine, I caught the roach, flushed it, and then noticed a smear of what could only be feces across from the toilet. My husband was trying to calm the children down, as they were upset and crying in the parking lot. Out daughter has a shellfish allergy, which includes cockroaches, so we couldn’t possibly stay in that room. Messaged the hotel through the app as there is no office on site. Got no response. Called hotels.com and asked them what to do. They contacted the property but got no answer. We rebooked another hotel and later received accusatory messages from Sea Foam Suites asking for pictures of the feces and cockroach. Since I didn’t stop to take a picture, they won’t offer a refund. When our trip concludes, I will be contacting the health department and filing with BBB. This should never have happened, but the worst part is the failure to make it right.
Nice
The most amazing things are the little things...beach access across the street, free parking, ground floor to room access... a great coffee shop a few doors down, all kinds of great restaurants up and down the street. A great rate for a quick getaway to enjoy some fun in the sun!!!!
Old motel. Not a “suite “. Need to condition the space ahead of time! Checked in at 530; wasn’t comfortable until after 1am. Parking lot is ridiculously tight. It was clean to be fair.
Pet friendly and very quiet
2nd time here, and I’m sure there will more stays here. Checking in is easy as pie, check out as well. Sea Fiam is close enough to all the things in PCB, but also far enough to have some peace and quiet.
This is my second and last time to stay both stays I have found that it is not clean, the bed sheets were disgusting, and hair was left in the shower from a previous tenant .
I'm a returning guest and have always been pleased except with this few hour stay
We arrived and everything was great. We left for dinner and upon returning we pulled up and were parking. A car then came flying into parking lot with a group off teens who then exited the car with guns in hand and the smell off Marijuana coming from their rooms. We immediately left and called the property at around 11pm. I spoke with a lady to inform her of this situation and asked for a full refund!!! I'm not staying here for the next 4 days.The lady then said she would return my call in half an hour. I NEVER HEARD BACK!!! I called numerous times and have the proof. We drove until 3 am to find a new place to stay. I called her back the next morning and she stated I couldn't get a refund!!! She stated that she went to check it out and saw nothing. She then stated I couldn't get a refund because they didn't see it!! WOW! Not only did we loose 493.00 for room plus 56.00 for pet deposit. I was a returning client and was looking forward to our stay! But, she clearly didn't care about that! I would have loved to have my money back since we were only their a few hours not even one night! Money is hard to come bye to some and customer loyalty but, since this incident of not caring or even a refund I won't be returning!!
Decent if you’re on a budget. However, it was not the cleanest. We ended up buying our own bedding/pillows. The plumbing was not great in the bathroom. That issue finally resolved on our last night. No hand soap in the bathroom. Wi-Fi was not strong enough to connect to the TV.
