I recently had the pleasure of staying at the DoubleTree by Hilton Zhuhai Hengqin, and I must highlight the exceptional service provided by Eva. She went above and beyond to ensure our stay was seamless, from offering detailed recommendations for visiting Macau to arranging a late checkout with a warm smile.
The hotel itself is stunning. The high-altitude lobby and the sky pool on the 36th floor offer breathtaking views of the Hengqin skyline. The room was modern and spotless, and the signature warm cookie upon arrival was a sweet touch. Thanks to Eva's hospitality, this stay was truly memorable. Highly recommended!

Comfortable stay and generally had everything we needed.
Pros:

Clean, modern and lovely views. Management team Teresa went over and beyond. The hotel ran out of baby cots, and she offered alternative options, also checking in on us during the stay to make sure our needs were met.

Cons:

A little far of a walk from city center.
Rooms were a little on the small side.
Restaurant service turnaround for dishes coming out was slow.
Pool seasonably closed despite not being an outdoor pool?

Great quality hotel, adequate for purpose,
Pros:

Great hotel, spacious and comfortable rooms with marvelous views, excellent varied breakfast. The staff is courteous and willing to assist. Overall value for money.

Cons:

Although the reception staff was friendly and fine, not all of them commanded the English language reasonably, which resulted in a wrongly addressed invoice. The promise was made to resend the invoice through email, which was done but attached was the same wrong invoice as the original. A follow up email from me to redress the situation has not been answered. That is disappointing.
