Stunning Villa & kind, warm service
Pros:

Wonderful stay in a very special place. The historic villa (which has been beautifully & meticulously restored) was stunning, but it was the kindness & warmth of all the staff that made this such a happy & comfortable stay. Many apologies but we only caught the name of one staff member - but service at reception, breakfast and by the pool was so friendly & welcoming. If you are travelling anywhere near Palermo this is a must!

C'è una mancanza di consapevolezza, attenzione e amore per il lavoro. C'è margine di miglioramento.
Pros:

Per cena ho scelto il filetto di manzo, a media temperatura. Me l'hanno portato con la nota che molto probabilmente era molto sanguinoso, ma comunque tenero, dato che è dovuto al metodo di preparazione. Il filetto era asciutto e più duro della suola di una scarpa. Riuscivamo a sentire a metà che le cameriere si sono divertite molto con la cuoca, quindi la seconda parte era ancora più secca. Inoltre, i 4 pezzi di filletto erano di circa 2x3 cm di dimensione e 0,5 cm di altezza. Dopo un altro annuncio chiaro, ho ricevuto un filetto di manzo assolutamente perfetto in una porzione ragionevole. Altamente consigliato. Non siamo stati accusati a causa dei malintesi

C'è una barriera all'arrivo dove si può comunicare tramite citofono, cosa che abbiamo fatto. La barriera è stata aperta per noi e abbiamo guidato su un vialetto molto lungo fino a un cancello. Questo era chiuso. Dopo aver suonato il clacson più volte, abbiamo chiamato al telefono e poi ci hanno aperto.
Il sorriso della receptionist non raggiunse i suoi occhi. Fu tenuta una cerimonia di saluto standard. Siamo arrivati alle 18:45 e ci hanno detto che la piscina era chiusa dalle 19:00. Quando siamo andati a fare una passeggiata in giardino, abbiamo notato che parecchi ospiti erano ancora in piscina fino a tarda sera. Avremmo voluto che la signora ci dicesse che volevamo rinfrescarci in piscina
Nella zona del giardino suonava musica da lounge, ma si speneva solo quando chiedevamo di poterla dormire

Prima verblijf.
Pros:

Een prachtig gerenoveerd historisch pand in een prachtig onderhouden tuin met een mooi zwembad. De accommodatie beschikt over een laadpaal voor elektrische auto's en opladen is gratis. Het centrum van Palermo is op 20 minuten met de auto te bereiken.

Cons:

Het menu van het restaurant zou wat uitgebreider kunnen zijn.

Cannot recommend enough. Everything was perfect.

The most beautiful property we were on in Sicily. All the details were on point, in the villa and in the garden.

Emanuela was a superstar, and helped me to surprise my girlfriend with lovely flowers in the room. We will be back for sure!

Pros:

Tutto perfetto! Personale super gentile, ottimi servizi per rilassarsi. Piscina, bar, spa, tutto è organizzato bene e con premura. Abbiamo usufruito anche dei massaggi e siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti.

Cons:

Increase of lunch prices midway during our stay by 50% was disappointing!
The service in the restaurant is somewhat slow & waiters may need better training here, reminding them to check in on their diners during their meal.
Poor & most unsatisfactory cleaning of our bedroom & bathroom was not cleaned properly every day. Underneath the bed was full of dirt & dust. The public hotel toilets was filthy & not befitting of a hotel that rates it's self as 4*.☹️

Ambiente, der historische Park, herausragende Wasserspiele, sehr schöner Infinity Pool,

Cons:

Das Essen kann leider mit dem atemberaubenden Ambiente nicht mithalten! Speziell das Abendessen ist absolut nicht zu empfehlen! Das man um ein zweites Badetuch kämpfen muss, ist in einem Haus mit diesem Glanz ein Zumutung!
