Pros:

Außergewöhnliches Anwesen mit historischen Gebäuden und Ausstattung, gepflegtem Park, Pool und Relaxbereich im Park schön gelegen, sehr schöner Restaurant-Bereich auf der Terrasse

Lovely hotel,would come back again

Beautiful villa,great facilities and friendly staff,especially Aurelia- who greeted me every breakfast :) thank you!

I was a solo female traveller and felt very safe,definitely recommend!

Cons:

It is best when you have your own car, as public transport is a little tricky, but it is still possible to get by with public transport.

Crazy expensive for not very much

On the plus side the breakfast was good and the staff were welcoming and super friendly.

Cons:

We stayed there for 5 nights, the bed was awful. We mentioned it to the staff and they said no one had even mentioned that. The bed had a clip on metal frame that was then fixed to the bed, it was annoying to say the least. I can not imagine why someone would think this is a good idea.

We were initially offer a room in the court yard where there is building work being down, so the view outside the room was a cement mixer, for +300 EUR a night this is not acceptable.

Unfortunately the cleaners left our room door unlocked after cleaning, when we politely mentioned it is reception. The receptionist said, well no one really goes up there anyway. The answer should have been "thank you for letting me know we will make sure this does not happen again".

The evening restaurant was expensive and the portions were very small, for the price of the food this is unacceptable.

On the plus side the breakfast was good and the staff were welcoming and super friendly. However if you want a cooked breakfast you have to pay extra for this, which is a bit of a joke at the cost of the rooms per night.

We wish we had chosen somewhere else, the cost per night against what you get is very very poor.

Location curata e villa stupenda. Professionismo dello staff e tanta cortesia. Un grazie speciale ad Agata, Alessandra e sopratutto alla signora che ci ha servito a pranzo in piscina e a colazione. Davvero tutto eccezionale.

We would definitely stay again and would highly recommend.
Pros:

Staff were excellent, our room was immaculate. Great selection for our included breakfast. Restaurant staff were informative and attentive along with the pool staff. Pool was heavenly and the grounds weee looked after superbly.
