Pros:

It was convenient for where I had to be the next day. I wouldn’t choose to stay there again based on this experience. I
Pros:

The location was good, the staff were friendly, but appeared to be skeleton crew. They appeared to be overworked, looking in from the outside. They were all trying to do 10 things at once. The bed was comfortable.

Cons:

The airconditoner wasn’t working, it turned on but made a really loud noise from the motor on the balcony. It then kept turning itself off after just a minute, so we gave up on this. We just wanted to cool the room a little before bed as it was hot and stuffy. We arrived quite late in the night. Outside was too noisy to sleep with balcony door open for air. I personally wouldn’t stay there again, appeared cost cutting has been made, which impacted my stay. ie lack of maintenance, and due to being short staffed. Rooms were clean though.

Friendly, comfortable and good location.
Pros:

The staff were friendly and quickly dealt with and questions/issues.
The staff knew the city and the local area to give suggestions and places to purchase food.
The tram station is close.

Convenience and value but comfort missing
Pros:

Located near our event and easy to get to by uber

Cons:

The smell and stuffiness of the hallways was terrible.
Beds were very hard and I did not sleep well
The lift got stuck and took minutes to go down to street level which was very concerning
Plumbing hammered which was noisy late at night
Air conditioning was very loud and eventually needed to be turned off to be able to get any sleep

comfortable, but would not recommend attending the bar downstairs for drinks or breakfast
Pros:

The rooms were lovely and comfortable and clean. The location was also great an easy to get to an find. Onsite Car parking was also great.

Cons:

The breakfast we ordered and paid for downstairs took nearly an hour to come out and were cold. We found 2 plates left on a counter inside and had to retrieve it ourselves. Of our 6 breakfasts, one was taken back and they were refunded.
The staff in the bar also took toolong to serve an remember orders.
2 male Staff at front reception desk seemed unorganised hen we arrived and did not understand english very well. The next day there was a lady and she was great & well organised.

Safe, clean and good locaton
Pros:

Location was perfect for the conference that I needed to attend. The parking was safe and the building secure. The room was comfortable and well insulated for noise.

Cons:

No tumbler glasses in cupboard to use to wash teeth have a drink of water.
