Pros:

The place was great loved it ,breakfast was great and the restaurant top class

Cons:

Where is the door of this hotel? Each corridor appears to have a different key card access. The key card to the room did not work. I had to reprogram it six times during my stay . The bed sheets were tucked fiercely in under the mattress and it was impossible to free them. There was no radio in the room. It was very difficult to operate the various lights. The light over the bathroom mirror was very very poor-It should have been bright but wasn’t. The corridors had a lot of leaf litter in them which blows in through the open Louvres. The floors of the corridors appeared dirty.

paying for king ensuite & i was on bottom level with trees in my view. i calld multiple times to ask if i could be brought some milk for my tea & a top up of water as im pregnant and sick.they proceeded to tell me yes someone will come. no one came for the 3 days i was staying there. no complimentary snacks?? im disappointed in lack of help from staff. so very expensive for nothing.

Modern hotel in great location with wonderful staff
Pros:

The staff were helpful and went out of their way to be kind to my child. The room was clean and modern and the bed was the comfiest hotel bed we’ve had in ages. Being able to order one hot meal per person off the menu as part of the breakfast package was good value. Great coffee too.

Beautiful views over Matilda Bay, comfortable rooms and close to City and Kings Park
Pros:

Close to city and kings park but far enough away to be quiet and relaxing.

Lovely staff and room but no restaurant on Sunday night was disappointing.

okay but staff were too busy to cope

Cons:

I did not like the fact that the restaurant was not available on Sunday evening and there are no other venues nearby at all. After travelling a long distance, this was disappointing.

Pros:
