The view was great. Just had the traffic in the morning which was disturbing. When wanting to sleep in. We were on the 1st level.

Amazing!
Pros:

The accommodation was amazing and my friend and I, had a very good stay!!! The staff were beautiful and facilities were exceptional. Location is perfect! I will definitely be back :)

Comfortable rooms, not service not perfect
Pros:

The rooms were very comfortable. The location to the university is perfect. Matilda Bay, a 15 min walk from the hotel, is an excellent restaurant.

Cons:

The drinking water should be replaced every day. The restaurant was partially closed when we were there.

May not appeal to guests accustomed to staying at international chain hotels.
Pros:

Staff was friendly and polite. Maintenance staff tried his best to fix the issue unfortunately it’s a deeper plumbing issue which was not fixable during our stay.

Cons:

Hot water was inconsistent which were especially important during winter, basin was too small cannot fit the kettle, only one bottle water for entire room with refilling station at ground floor makes it inconvenient, electrical socket too near sink this a safety concern.

Wonderful place to stay for a relaxing weekend in Perth. Will definitely be back!

Amazing location and large sized rooms. It was lovely having the balcony and fly screen to enjoy the fresh air too!

Cons:

Short-staffed reception meant longer wait times.
