It’s can be a little noisy due to location but it’s not an issue. Just something to be aware of. Intercity and busy roads.

Location great but some things need improvement.
Pros:

Daisy and Senorita were terrific. The breakfast was interesting as latte coffees were charged extra. Two of the mornings there was no regular bread or rolls only sweet bread. I would think you would have provided a pot of coffee but oh well, the view was great.

Cons:

Rooms had incredibly small nightstands and the center table was small as well. Facilities okay but not great.

Nice rooms, great location, good price, staff let them down.
Pros:

Breakfast was buffet and option of hot meal. There was only staff member on the floor, so the buffet was empty and If you needed anything, you had to wait for the one staff to return.

Cons:

I was told that because I booked through booking.com my reservation could not be found, as booking.com don't communicate well with the hotel. The bar did not serve Bourbon. I bought two drinks, Australian whiskey which cost me $85 and I tipped them both down the drain.

Very convenient for me as it is across UWA residential colleges.
Pros:

The staff were friendly. It was my son's birthday and they surprised us with a wonderful dessert treat. It was lovely.

Cons:

The coffee maker in the room was temperamental. I struggled to get it to work.
