Pros:

We stay at the Best Western Queen Victoria every time we come to Melbourne, and it never disappoints. As a family of four with a baby, it’s always such an easy and comfortable place for us to stay. We have a large 4x4, so the convenient parking right out the front is a huge bonus, and they always have a crib available for us, which makes travelling with a little one so much easier.

The location is fantastic, with shops and places to eat all within easy walking distance. The accommodation is always clean and tidy, and the staff are absolutely lovely — always friendly, welcoming, and happy to help with anything we need.

I honestly cannot fault the accommodation or the staff. Highly recommend for a comfortable, family-friendly and convenient stay.

Staff were great, rooms were clean and well appointed. Modern bathroom and comfortable beds. Quiet location not too far from the city.

Location was great! Super clean and bed was so comfy after a huge day on the road driving from NSW.
