Great for a couple of nights if you’re on a budget
Pros:

The pod was basic but comfortable for a short stay

Cons:

I left early before 6am and all the external lights were off which was pretty dangerous, especially in the wet and with the stairs

Pros:

Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis unschlagbar. Kleines aber feines Zimmer mit allem, was man braucht. Parkplätze verfügbar und zu Fuß in 5 Minuten am Strand. Guter Ausgangspunkt um die Insel zu erkunden.

Nice place for weekend stay
Pros:

The studio room was good with ample space. All appliances were working well. It was cold weather so we couldn't use the pool. Check in/out process was seamless and because we arrived at Friday night and left on Sunday we didn't get a chance to meet any of the staff.

Cons:

The bed was not made of two single beds joined together which wasn't comfortable in the middle for me and my wife, it is better to have a double, queen or king beds for couples.
Also the morning of the first night the water in the shower was not hot enough, it was warm only.

Really nice design to modernize and older building
Pros:

Phillip island is getting a bit long in the tooth now, and most of the buildings are going along with it.
Sea Pavillions have done a really good job of modernizing the older style building with some really tasteful designs.
The pool is beautiful with some perfectly clean glass pool fencing, the railways sleepers and landscaping are great.
The room was nice with everything we needed.
Free to air TV was pretty crap but that's not their fault.

The unit was very convenient and the basic stuff was provided and very clean

Cons:

The staff was very rude .Just knock at our door and didn't even introduce herself and was very arrogant for something very simple to deal with ...should have a proper training about customer service ...

Good value for the price.
Pros:

Close to a nice and quiet beach. Only 5 minutes to the Main Street of Cowes.
The staff were very friendly.

Cons:

On the 3rd night someone moved into the apartment above ours. I could not believe how loud their footsteps and talking were. It was like they were in our room. That was very disappointing.

Very small bathroom. No one returned my phone calls when asking for an early check in. Eventually messaged and got a reply.
