Super Preis-Leistung, top gelegen
Pros:

Das Appartment ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es gibt sogar eine Spülmaschine. Top ist die Lage, 2 Minuten zum Bahnhof und ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß zum Rhein.

Pros:

First of all, make sure to visit Mimoasa Restaurant. Ferhat, the manager of the restaurant, and Mustafa were incredibly friendly, warm, and welcoming, don’t leave without stopping by.

The hotel is in a great location, the rooms were clean, and overall we found it to be great value for money.

Sadece konumu iyi. Fiyatı konumuna ve mutfağı olmasına göre iyi ama...

Cons:

Hiç bu kadar havasız, sıcak, yatağı rahatsız başka bir yerde konaklamadım. Mutfak var ama ne bulaşık süngeri yok, bulaşık makinesi var bulaşık makinesi deterjanı yok, kettle var ama çay yok, kahve makinesi var ama kahve yok. Bir sürü priz var ama sadece 1 tane dönüştürücü var. Yatak çok ama çok rahatsız. İki kişilik değil. Büyük tek kişilik yataklar gibi. Banyo kapısı sürgülü cam. Mahremiyet yok. Ses olduğu gibi dışarıya gidiyor. Biraz fazla para verip daha iyi bir yerde konaklanabilir.

Careless online customer service
Pros:

Location is probably the only good thing about these apartments.

Cons:

Customer service are not cooperative and provide improper responses.
Room blinder was damaged with daylight making it difficult to rest or sleep.
It took 4.5 hours for the staff to manage to move us to another room.
Staff are not disciplined when it comes to breakfast and opening times.
The new room exhaust fan in toilet was not working, causing vabor to accumulate, staff didn't care about our request to fix the fan.

Είναι η δεύτερη φορά πού έμεινα εκεί και θα έμενα και τρίτη
Pros:

Το δωμάτιο πολύ καλό, και η θέση τού ξενοδοχείου σε προσιτή απόσταση από τον SBB. Το μπαρ κι η πισίνα επίσης χαρίζουν ευχαρίστηση στον ένοικο .

Cons:

Το μόνο αρνητικό πού θέλω να πω είναι, ότι δεν μπήκε μια γυναίκα στο δωμάτιο να αδειάσει τα απόβλητα από τη τουαλέτα

It was warm in my room and I couldn't open the window since I was given a room at street level
Pros:

Clean, good location and great value for the money.

Cons:

Is was too warm and could not crack open the window as my room was at street level! Why was I given a room in the basement? Didn't seem like the hotel was full...
A couple of coffee pods and tea bags in the room would have been welcomed.
