hat alles gepast!
Pros:

Preisleistungsverhältnis unschlagbar aber die Räumlichkeiten sind doch recht abgewohnt und benötigen zu mindestens einen neuen Anstrich! Digital sehr gute Kundenbetreuung!!

Camera pulit, silenziosa e spaziosa.
Ottimo il parcheggio al piano -2 per chi arriva in macchina anche se bisogna prenotare il prima possibile perche' i posti sono limitati.

Positivo anche il self check in e check out

Cons:

Bagno senza finestra e senza areatore.
Si poteva aprire una sola finestra ma troppo piccola, impossibile fare il riciclo d'aria.
Mancanza totale di aria condizionata. Sconsigliato in estate.

Self check-in olduğunu bilerek gittik ancak iletişim kurmak çok zor, check-in ile ilgili yeterince açıklama yoktu. Odayı bulmak çok zor. Olanaklar hakkında yeterince bilgilendirme yok. Yastıklar çok kötü. Basel card istediğimizi rezervasyonu yaparken 1 ay önceden söyledim mailleri attım tüm misafirler için bilgileri gönderdim ancak sadece 1 misafir için hazırdı kart ve diğer kartları gönderene kadar birçok avantajdan faydalanamadık. Mesela Zoo'da indirim alamadık. Çalışanların dikkatli olmadığını düşünüyorum.
