Pros:

Das zweite Mal vor Ort - dieses Mal hat nicht alles wie erwartet funktioniert- aber normalerweise gutes Haus und schöne Zimmer.

Cons:

Zum zweiten Mal in diesem Hotel, grundsätzlich gutes Haus. Nur hat bei diesem Aufenthalt die Zimmerkarte nicht funktioniert, auch die Ersatzkarte nicht. Nach Tagungsrückkehr Wasserschaden, es tropfte aus der Klimaanlage, da Rezeption nicht besetzt und Hotel ausgebucht, die Nacht mit Tropfengeräusch. Keine Reaktion auf Reklamation am nächsten Morgen. Grundsätzlich gutes Hotel, Chance es nächstes Mal besser zu machen.

Schönes, sauberes und modernes Zimmer zum fairen Preis und mit freundlichem Personal
Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personl, schöne, neue Zimmer, Bad geräumig, sauber und modern. Alles in allem ein wirklich gutes Hotel für ein paar Nächte. Das Industriegebiet war für mich nahe beim Kunden, daher super; ansonsten etwas weit weg vom Rest der Stadt.
