Wonderful hotel. Super friendly staff, very nice and comfy rooms and our dog was welcome too. Location is great.

Modern and nicely located hotel.
Pros:

Good location and smart rooms. Good breakfast.

Cons:

Small rooms for the price. “Lakeview” was really limited and a bit of an exaggeration. Extremely loud music at pool bar. Very poor sound isolation of room. Noise from corridor, noise from upstairs room and neighboring rooms made us wake up early.

Very nice modern hotel, location and staff great.
Pros:

Well located, short walk into Annecy old town. Nice views of the lake from the restaurant, bar and pool areas. Helpful and friendly staff.

Cons:

One very minor thing - For the price charged for breakfast, it could have had a few more options and more variety of items.

Je conseille vivement cet hôtel pour découvrir la ville d'Annecy et ses environs.
Pros:

Les chambres étaient spacieuses et très bien décorées. Le lit et les oreillers étaient très confortables. Les chambres communiquaient par une double porte, ce qui était très pratique en famille. La piscine était très agréable, ainsi que l'espace bar et pétanques. L'originalité de cet établissement est qu'il y avait une boulangerie au rez de chaussée pour prendre des goûters ou des petits déjeuners. Le restaurant de l'hôtel était très bon et spécialisé dans la viande. Enfin, l'établissement était très bien situé près du vieux centre d'Annecy, donc pratique pour se promener, louer des vélos ou aller à la gare à pied.

Cons:

Nous n'avons pas de points à améliorer.

Pros:

La propreté et le mobilier agréable. Le restaurant et la boulangerie à l’intérieur, la proximité avec tout et le fait qu’il y avait plein de transats libres.

Cons:

Le personnel plus que désagréable et pas professionnel. L’accueil par la jeune hôtesse était malpoli. Au restaurant, le serveurs s’énervaient et s’agitaient on comprenait tout en français. Au paiement du restaurant la machine ne marchait pas on a dû aller à l’accueil, aucun geste, pas d’excuse.

C’est la première fois que je suis aussi mal accueillie dans un 4 étoiles. Je ne reviendrai pas.

Quite a good stay but overly expensive as most places are around Annecy town.
Pros:

Rooms were pretty good. Good location.

Cons:

Beds a bit hard. Service not very relaxed and friendly. Probably partly because Annecy is very busy and touristy and is suffering from this.
