Very nice hotel, in great location
Pros:

Great location in Annecy. Secure underground parking with EV chargers at no cost. Provided bedding & bowls for dogs. Nice breakfast, but coffee shop/bakery on site, so if breakfast not included not an issue. Nice food in restaurant.

Totalmente recomendable en todos los aspectos.
Pros:

Me ha gustado todo. El hotel es muy bonito, está muy bien situado, justo delante del lago y a 5 minutos del centro, pero fuera del meollo, muy tranquilo. La habitación tenía un tamaño muy adecuado y muy bonita, bien decorada. Incluso tenía vistas al lago, que ya fue algo extra.

Cons:

No tengo ninguna queja.

Siamo arrivati durante un giorno di pioggia, nessuno che ti indichi o che ti aiuti a scaricare i bagagli, alla reception

Cons:

In un albergo di questo livello non c’è nessuno all’accoglienza. La hall sembra quella di un ostello della gioventù all’interno della quale vi è pure un panificio e ti trovi sempre un sacco di persone a mangiare i panini la odio l’albergo è una pessima impressione, sembra di essere dal McDonald’s in questo hotel a quattro stelle viene accolto da dei ragazzi molto giovani, poco epatici e che a fronte di un conto da 400 € mi hanno sollecitato il pagamento di 0,20 €… Una vergogna. Ristorante spesa contenuta cibo mediocre

Will never come again, too much money for little value.
Pros:

I liked the location which is very central in Annecy and you do not need to use any other transportation means. The complex is quite new and generally it is a nice hotel.

Cons:

The stuff is super unfriendly. I came there at 9 and they kept saying my room is ready at 4pm only. For a 4 star hotel is a bit weak. They did not even tell me any alternative like wait in the pool or similar. There is no water or mini bar in the hotel, no complimentary water in the room and no body lotion / cream. Again this is very substandard for the price
