Lovely hotel designed to perfection!
Pros:

We loved this hotel! The room was a bit small but the space has been designed with huge thought. Everything was carefully planned - lots of power sockets, lights and mirrors; even spaces to store small items and ample hanging space.

Cons:

The room was small so our luggage was in the way. The restaurant was too expensive so we ate et slasher.

Tout était parfait et le petit déjeuner est juste fabuleux.
Pros:

L’accueil et l’emplacement est vraiment génial

Cons:

La vue de ma chambre n’était vraiment pas top, et il y avait un gros meuble un peu vieillot dedans au niveau de la télé, je n’ai pas trop compris ce qui était cette grosse masse. Disgracieuse

Pros:

Fabulous location. Really nice room with good towels, bath robes and slippers. Very clean. Good sized bathroom. Small pool with sun beds and outside bar and dining area overlooking the lake and mountains. Small cafe for breakfast. Short walk into Annecy. Staff very helpful

Cons:

Restaurant food not to our taste and some options were quite expensive but you get the view.
Nothing negative to say about this hotel.

Wunderbares Hotel, tolle Lage! Das Personal war extrem nett und zuvorkommend. Wir haben im
Restaurant zu Abend gegessen und Lunch in der Bäckerei. Beides war top. Sowohl unser Hund als auch die Kinder waren willkommen. Wir kommen wieder!

Convenient location, comfortable rooms with good AC, overall modern and clean

Cons:

For the price of the room, I expected a higher standard of amenities:
- The pool is quite small, and the surrounding area did not appear to be properly maintained or staffed—for example, when we used it in the morning, it had clearly not been cleaned from the previous evening.
- In the room itself, there was no ironing board provided, which I would typically expect at this price point.
- Breakfast was generally good, but it felt surprising that even fried eggs came at an additional cost.

One other point to be aware of is that the bathroom door is semi-transparent glass, which may be something to consider if you are sharing the room and value privacy.
