Le Pelican is. fabulous hotel in a fantastic location.
Pros:

Modern hotel in fabulous location with lovely picturesque short walk along the lake to the town, comfortable room with air con, fantastic shower and bathroom facilities, relaxing small pool area with sun beds. Restaurant & rooftop bar overlooking the lake. Boulengerie attached to hotel with high quality products. Loved this hotel!

The very helpful staff, the pool area, the bar, the restaurant, breakfast was nice.

The room patio area was a bit scrubby and was open for anyone to wander about outside the room.

Statt Speisekarte kommt ein Tablatt daher, mit gerade mal zwei Sprachen. Französisch und Englisch. Kein Deutsch. Auch das Personal im Restaurant spricht niemand deutsch. Es gibt keine kleine einfache Gerichte.

L'emplacement est exceptionnel à 5 minutes de la vieille ville d'Annecy. Les personnes de la réception sont très agréables et disponibles.

Cons:

Le restaurant O bon bec était très décevant : attente d'une heure trente pour notre plat. Peu de tables étaient occupées et pourtant à 20 h 30, les serveurs débarrassaient les couverts non utilisés. Aucun serveur n'était sur la terrasse lorsque nous désirions quelque chose. Même si la viande était très bonne, l'attente et le manque de professionnalisme des serveurs nous ont beaucoup déçus.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans cet hôtel ! L’établissement est vraiment magnifique, très propre et idéalement situé.

Le personnel est au top : accueillant, disponible et très professionnel. J’avais déjà contacté l’hôtel avant notre séjour pour quelques questions et j’avais reçu rapidement toutes les réponses dont j’avais besoin, ce qui est vraiment appréciable.

Tout était parfait du début à la fin. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir. Je recommande cet hôtel sans hésitation !
