Design kamer maar dat is ook alles
Onbeschoft personeel , de eerste 5 sterrenhotel in me’n leven die ik binnenkom dat ze je niet helpen met je valiezen , ze spreken geen woord engels , ik had extra betaald voor een suite met uitzicht maar toen in toekwam was dit niet meer mogelijk en toen ik een refund vroeg was dit ook niet mogelijk dus eigelijk betaald voor een kamer die ik niet gekregen heb , het zwembad boven zitten er zoveel indiers dat het water currysaus geworden was , en dan gezwegen over de liften die je soms 15 minuten op moest wachten en daarnaast kwam ik s’nachts terug naar me’n hotel en probeerde 2 jongens me af te persen voor geld en 2 security guards die 24/7 op hun fluit staan te blazen zagen dit gebeuren en hebben er niks aan gedaan , lang verhaal kort , buiten de design van de kamers is dit maximum een 3*** hotel

Uitgebreid ontbijt.
- Geen airco in de lift of in de hotelgangen, enkel in de lobby
- wachtrij aan de lift omdat het hotel zo druk is
- Airco op de kamer lekte
- Gordijn in de kamer was gescheurd
- er zat een barst in de kamerspiegel
- Zwembad boven is OVERbevolkt en het water leek niet proper
- constante file van taxis aan de ingang van het hotel

Location only can say it’s good
There lifts not working , neighbors rooms kept open and smelling , no one to response and support. All over it’s pathetic
Super établissement bien situé. Les chambres sont propres et spacieuses. La piscine a une magnifique vue.
Trop de monde dans l’hôtel, parfois l’attente des ascenseur est long.
