Pros:

Максимально дружелюбные сотрудники на стойке регистрации. Помогли, всё рассказали и полноценно сопроводили. Апартаменты большие и комфортные. Бассейн на крыше с прекрасным видом и удобствами. Если нужно остановиться на непродолжительный срок - это отличный вариант

Cons:

За 1 ночь проживания, никаких проблем не найдено. В следующий раз думаю остановиться тут же

Overall we had a pleasant stay and enjoyed the hotel.
Pros:

Great location, very clean room, friendly and helpful staff.

Cons:

We were surprised that only one hand/face towel was provided for two guests (maybe common in Malaysia?!).
The pool loungers were quite dirty.

Big Spacious Room

Cons:

NO AC in most common areas
Buffet breakfast don’t have many options
Rooms smell of smoke
Hotel lobby is too crowded all the time
Lifts are too slow and no AC in the lift lobby
Room service is only available till 9.30pm and served in take away packaging

Pros:

Nice location. Pool is amazing and so is the view.

Cons:

No food or drinks at the swimming pool. Also chairs next to the swimming pool are a bit old and need a upgrade.
