- La habitación tiene unas vistas tremendas a la torre KL y al merdeca 118
- tuvimos un problema con el secador de pelo y no lo cambiaron enseguida.
Desde la llegada notas un recibimiento bastante impersonal simplemente eres un número.
- No es ni de cerca un hotel de 5 estrellas como hacen ver y cobran por ello.
- En la recepción ya se nota en los muebles...
Muebles comidos por el uso, una moqueta llena de mierda, sillones super trillados....
- solo te dan una tarjeta de acceso a la habitación que la necesitas para activar la luz y el aire acondicionado de la habitación y para poder subir en el ascensor. Por lo cual si sois 2 personas como nosotros no os podéis mover libremente como quedarse uno en la habitación y el otro ir a comprar algo.
- Los ascensores tardan muchísimo y se hacen unas colas inmensas que no gestiona nadie... te tiras 15 min esperando para coger el ascensor y tienes que aguantar como los chinos maleducados se cuelan delante de todo el mundo ya que parece que si eres chino eres cliente VIP y una de dos o te lías a discutir con todo cristo o te aguantas. Deberían tener a alguien controlando los ascensores.
- Al atardecer, la piscina es un objetivo imposible. Los ascensores están siempre en los pisos superiores siendo imposible cogerlos y cuando llegan aparecen llenos de agua de la gente de la piscina.
- la piscina es imposible de utilizar ya que está masificada con la gente que sube a hacerse la foto con las torres petronas.
- No tiene lavandería en el hotel, tienes que contratar un externo que se lleva la ropa, tarda 2 días en traerla y por prenda aprox te cuesta 6 € por lo cual entre el calor que hace aqui que estas sudando todo el dia y al ritmo que usas ropa te sale por una pasta lavar la ropa.
- por la noche hay un montón de gente (casi siempre chinos) armando mucho escándalo en los pasillos, dando voces y dando golpes.
- en la habitación se escucha por las noches un ruido escándaloso de las motos y coches que pasan por debajo y eso que estábamos alojados en la planta 35. Tienen un aislamiento sonoro ridiculo.

فقط مساحة الغرفة كبيرة
1- لا أنصح العرب بهذا الفندق. شعرنا بوضوح باختلاف في المعاملة مقارنةً ببعض الضيوف من شرق آسيا، حتى في توزيع الغرف؛ حيث حصلوا على طوابق وإطلالات أفضل، بينما حصلنا على طوابق أقل وإطلالات أسوأ.
2- طاقم الفندق غير متعاون، والتعامل كان سيئًا وعصبيًا، وتشعر وكأن عليك اكتشاف كل شيء بنفسك دون أي مساعدة.
3- نظافة الغرف سيئة جدًا، وغالبًا يكتفون بترتيب الغرفة دون تنظيف حقيقي. طلبنا مستلزمات إضافية أكثر من مرة، ولكن للأسف لم نجد أي تعاون.
4- المسبح مزدحم جدًا لدرجة يصعب فيها السباحة، كما أن مياه المسبح كانت غير نظيفة.
