Excellent hotel!
Great location, very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was perfect with a great variety of choices. Overall, a wonderful experience and highly recommended!

Apartment was very spacious. 51st floor pool is epic.
Dealing with staff feels like a bureaucracy. Little focus on service. We took a family apartment. The washing machine was broken. The doors and walls had stains from wear. The windows were super dirty. The kitchen had no plates and cutelary for only two people. We ordered room service, which came in a plastic boxes, without napkins. The room was bare. Essentially like in the photos, but with most of the decorations removed. In the fitness space many machines were broken. It’s listed as 5 stars, but far from that designation. It feels management does not have much love for the place. Mainly a huge high traffic hotel.

A piscina tinha uma vista fabulosa e o pequeno almoço além de variado, tinha imensa qualidade. Fizeram cheek in duas horas antes por cortesia.
Apenas o facto da zona da piscina ser pouco espaçosa e ter poucas cadeiras. O elevador demorava imenso a chegar e estava muitas vezes em manutenção. Não dão toalhas de piscina.

Las esperas para la hora del desayuno, el comedor es pequeño y se forman colas de 10-15min de espera para que te den una mesa. Hemos estado 4 días y hemos esperado los 4.
El aire acondicionado suena muy fuerte.
