Pros:

We booked connecting room for our family of 4. The rooms are clean and adequate for one night stay. The location is great with plenty of local food near by.

Pros:

I liked the smell when i first entered the lobby. The room was tidy though and well kept.

A perfect hotel in Miri and transit to Mulu
Pros:

Room is clean and decent with a big TV screen.
Electric socket has USB plug for easy charging.
Everything in the fridge is complimentary with tea and capsule coffee. Gelato is complimentary too at the lobby.
Water pressure is strong.
Internet reception is good.
Cavakita restaurant at rooftop has a good view of the city.
We stayed a night at this hotel before flying off to Mulu.
About 15 minutes by taxi from the airport.

I love and enjoy staying at the hotel!
Pros:

The staff are friendly! I park my car in front of the hotel (of course with charges). The rooms are clean! I requested for connecting rooms.

Good hotel, great location!
Pros:

It was clean, the service is excellent, very friendly staff. Linen is fantastic quality.

Cons:

The rooms are tiny! The WiFi wasn’t working properly in bedrooms

Modern Design and Clean Hotel
Pros:

I love the modern design, the murals, the room, and the service. However, the hotel soundproof is not so good you can hear the sound of the tv from the other side. The breakfast is just okay but some of the food are too salty like the chicken suasage and the bee hoon. Hopefully the food can be improved in the future. Thank you.
