Las fotos no reflejan la realidad: una gran decepción

El hotel parece mucho más nuevo, moderno y cuidado en las fotografías de lo que realmente es. Nuestra habitación con vistas al mar no tenía nada que ver con las imágenes que habíamos visto al reservar, y en general las instalaciones se ven bastante antiguas y con una calidad muy inferior a la que esperábamos por el precio.

Las piscinas que aparecen tan bonitas en las fotos son prácticamente para mirar, ya que no se pueden utilizar como una piscina normal.

El servicio de bar en la zona de playa es pésimo y lentísimo. Los camareros tienen que desplazarse hasta el hotel para buscar las cosas y después volver hasta la playa, una distancia considerable, por lo que cualquier pedido puede tardar muchísimo.

El desayuno también nos pareció bastante malo y la cena, además de carísima, fue de muy poca calidad: risotto servido frío, pasta muy mala y platos que no justifican en absoluto el precio.

En resumen, muy mala relación calidad-precio. Lo más decepcionante es la diferencia entre lo que muestran las fotografías y lo que realmente encuentras al llegar. Si hubiera visto el hotel tal y como es en realidad antes de reservar, habría elegido otro alojamiento.

Taip, labai . Nuostabi vieta , labai geras pležas, gražūs vaizdai iš kambario ir restorano. Skanus maistas, labai draugiškas personalas , puikus aptarnavimas ir pleže ir viešbutyje .

Cons:

Nelabai patogus dušas , rytais vanduo bėgdavo kiek vėsokas. Išvažiuojant neveikė liftas , todėl labai nepatogu buvo nešti lagaminus .

Great location but rooms are overpriced for what you get.

Great location, the staff and breakfast were wonderful.

Cons:

We paid for a superior deluxe room. For that price we didn’t expect to be below street level looking at the laundry alley. Was very disappointed in our room.

Overall excellent please address the above for a memorable stay
Pros:

Position was amazing , staff were very friendly and helpful food was excellent just a shame the breakfast chef would not start on time which meant flying to the uk missing cooked breakfast

Cons:

The breakfast chef! if you say breakfast is open from 7-30 it should be .

Teleurstellend ervaring. Voor een 4-sterren hotel verwacht je bet bb er.

Cons:

We hadden een Superior Room, maar het was meer een basic kamer. We lagen naast de airco buitenunits van het hotel en die maakten zoveel lawaai dat het goed te horen was in de hotelkamer. We hadden een kamer met verbindingsdeur naar de naastgelegen kamer, waardoor het erg gehorig was. Praten, lopen, douchen, wc-gang, tandenpoetsen….alles hoorde je.
De kwaliteit van het eten in het restaurant van het hotel is zeer matig m. Wij bestelden tagliata di manco en tonijn tataki, maar door de vele pezen, was het zelfs onsmakelijk.

Lovely hotel by a gorgeous beach.
Pros:

Lovely location, right above the Rena Bianca beach, with a fantastic view across to Corsica from the restaurant terrace and from the rooms with a sea view. Great solarium, just a short walk from the sea. Rooms were clean and nicely decorated. Very good, varied breakfast, lunch and dinner menu.

Cons:

This is not a dislike, but something to be aware of - Santa Teresa Gallura is very hilly, and the walk into town from the hotel and nearby restaurants and bars entails either a steep hill or steps.
