Estrutura do hotel muito boa, com duas ótimas piscinas e bom espaço na praia com espreguiçadeiras e quiosques de palha assegurando boa sombra.
Localizado em área muito bonita da praia, a uma distância razoável para caminhar até o centro da ilha (~1,5 km cada trecho), onde ficam os restaurantes.
Quarto e cama grandes, ótimo frigobar com congelador separado, banheiro bom também.

Cons:

Apesar de o quarto ter cortinas do tipo black-out, mesmo assim ficava um pouco claro pela manhã.
Café da manhã muito bom para o que conhecemos do padrão de outros hotéis no México, mas ainda deixa a desejar frente ao que se encontraria em hotéis equivalentes no Brasil e na Europa.
Serviço de preparo de ovos no café da manhã extremamente confuso e desorganizado. Tivemos problemas e vimos vários outros hóspedes tendo problemas durante as 3 diárias em que estivemos lá.

Pros:

Chambre spacieuse avec jolie vue sur la mer, grand lit.
Emplacement top pour nous qui aimons marcher.
2 belles piscines + plage avec les transats, endroit paradisiaque.

Everything was perfect,clean rooms,near the beach and swimming pool…the most beautiful beach in Holbox…near to the city (10min walk).Good restaurant and breakfast was better that it was described in previous comments…there was a lot of choice and rhe food was warm…delicious coctails,brought on the sunbeds at the beach.

Super mooi hotel en een waanzinnig mooi eiland!

Super fijn en mooi hotel! Het ligt direct gelegen aan het strand.
Het hotel bied voldoende ligbedjes op t strand.

Je mag geen eigen consumptie meenemen naar het strand ( bij de ligbedjes)

Pros:

Breakfast was very limited. During our stay we only had a half breakfast because the trays were empty and not replenished close to the ending time of breakfast.

Top have breakfast available , close to breakfast closing time. We wake up late because we are on vacation.

Pros:

Increíble hotel, la ubicación es un poco lejos del centro (15 min caminando), pero la playa es muy bonita, no está llena de gente a comparación del centro. Es espacioso y limpio. Las instalaciones siempre están limpias.
