Disappointing
Cons:

My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. During my stay, water started leaking from the ceiling, forcing me to change rooms. The new room was uncomfortably cold, and the fridge was very noisy, making it difficult to relax or sleep.

On top of that, the staff were unhelpful when I explained these issues. Instead of showing understanding or trying to resolve the situation, they made the experience even more unpleasant.

Overall, this was a very disappointing stay, and I would not recommend this hotel.

Días de relajación en medio de la gran CDMX
Pros:

Cada espacio de la suite era lindo y cómodo, el rooftop con la vista y poder relajarse para comer o cenar, la comida estuvo deli, la ubicación y la atención de todo el personal. Con mucha disposición para regresar!
