위치는 괜찮았어요 베른 시내까지 이동이 편하고 걸어서도 가능해요

Cons:

도착하고 깜짝 놀랐어요 공사 중이어서 들어가는 문 찾기도 힘들고 리셉션도 없어지고 직원 인터폰 눌러도 체킹 시간이 안 됐다고 못 내려온다고 하고 엄청 불친절하더라고요 다행히 공사하시는 분 관리자 분이 너무 친절하셔 갖고 이것저것 지원해 주시고 주차 자리도 알려 주시고 해서 감사했었어요

Amazing cozy place to stay and closer to all the tourist hotspots in Bern.
Pros:

It was a DIY concept with no human involvement. Plenty of high tech controls and I find it very convenient and closer to my conference area.

Cons:

A 24/7 whatsapp chat support since there’s no human involvement.

Pros:

Although there was no reception (probably due to on going work), I received a very warm welcome from the host Adam. The room was clean and spacious with a small kitchenet.

Cons:

here's work going on in the building (June 2026), and next to it, so it can get quite noisy from 8 in the morning. There didnt see to be any air-conditioning, but i didnt need it as the weather was quite cool. No reading lights near the bed, so very difficult to read a book if you wanted to.

Pros:

La localisation est proche d'un arrêt de bus qui mène au centre ville

Cons:

Aucun service client, notre place de parking avait été prise et nous avons essayé de joindre le service pour de l'aide et ils nous ont ignorés.
Pas d'eau chaude, la vaiselle sale et les odeurs de fumée de cigarette et de cannabis traversent les ventilations.

Cons:

Very hot - no air con - one promised for second night but not provided- not even a fan. Had to sleep with all windows open next to busy railway line. Had to have curtains open too.

Prima Unterkunft in Bern, wenn man nicht unbedingt den Charme der Altstadt sucht.
Pros:

Evi‘s Home Hotel & Apartments befindet sich im Norden Berns in einem gewerblichen geprägten Quartier. Wenn man mit dem Auto anreist, ist die Unterkunft gut erreichbar und einige Parkplätze stehen in der Tiefgarage zur Verfügung. Die Anbindung mit dem ÖPNV ist sehr gut. In rund 15 Min. erreicht man mit dem Bus den Hauptbahnhof und damit die Innenstadt. Prima ist auch, dass die ÖV-Tickets vom Vermieter für die Zeit des Aufenthalts gestellt werden.
Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet und sauber. Trotz der Lage im Gewerbegebiet und nahe der Bahngleise hört man bei geschlossenem Fenster nichts.
Eine kleine Teeküche ist mit allem ausgestattet, um Frühstück oder kleine Mahlzeiten zuzubereiten. In den Korridoren stehen auch Waschmaschinen zur Verfügung. Grundsätzlich war alles sehr modern eingerichtet.
Der Vermieter war auch sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Für ihn fünf von fünf Sternen!

Cons:

Etwas obskur war, dass die Stecker der vorhandenen Geräte den Schweizer Anschluss hatten, die Steckdosen überwiegend aber deutsch waren.
Außerdem sind die Zimmer voll automatisiert (Smart Home), das uns leicht überforderte….

Das Appartement war sauber, die Betten bequem.

Cons:

Viel zu viel Technik. Fenster können nur bei geöffnetem Vorhang geöffnet werden,was vor allem bei der Wärme sehr schlecht war. Momentan eher noch eine Baustelle. Morgens um 7 waren die Baumaschinen in Betrieb mit ohrenbetäubendem Lärm. Für 2 Nächte wars ok, aber länger nicht!

Keukenvoirzieningen en de grootte van de ruimte

Cons:

Er ontbreekt een airco. Verder veel elektrische snufjes die niet echt nodig zijn :tafel kan hoog/laag, het automatisch bidet ( dat ik niet aan de praat kreeg). Geen beschrijvingen voor de apparatuur aanwezig. ‘s Nachts stonden de branddeuren in het trappenhuis open 🫢

Gut für eine Nacht
Pros:

- Preis-Leistung sehr gut für Bern
- Bett bequem
- Dusche gut mit viel Wasser
- Grosszügige Duschmittel zur Verfügung
- Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer

Cons:

- Empfang war freundlich (über Gegensprechanlage), hat aber kein Wort zur Technik im Zimmer gesagt und die Gadgets erklärt
- Technik im Zimmer sehr unnötig, Licht und Vorhänge über Fernsteuerung, die wir zuerst suchen und über Trial & Error ausprobieren mussten.
- Durch unsere Vormieter(?) hatte sich der Vorhang im Fester verklemmt und so war es eine Herausforderung zu lüften, die hatten wir nach einem langen Tag nicht gesucht
- Steckdosen im Küchenelement nicht Schweizernorm, deshalb mussten wir die Migros-Kaffeemaschine, welche im Zimmer vorhanden war. auf dem Boden laufen lassen, dort hatten wir nach langem Suchen eine Steckdose gefunden...
