La ubicación es perfecta, barrio seguro, céntrico y tranquilo. Las instalaciones y la atención al cliente son muy buenas. Espacio cómodo y bonito con todo lo necesario.
El apartamento 101 donde nos alojamos da directamente a la calle. Las ventanas no cierran correctamente ni estan bien aisladas por lo que se oyen todos los ruidos de la calle. Es un detalle que te dejen tapones pero yo creo que la solución definitiva seria cambiar las ventanas ya que si tienes un sueño ligero no pegas ojo.
Great location and beautiful apartment!
The staff was not great. They couldn’t make very simple accommodations such as delaying check-out by 15 minutes. We had to walk through the Roma neighborhood with our luggage to get something to eat.

The apartment was comfortable with a full kitchen. Great location. There isn’t staff onsite however they have different nearby locations and were responsive to our needs.

Tiene muy buena ubicación. Los espacios son amplios y super cómodos. Las camas están muy cómodas. Nos solucionaron un tema con la bateria del candado de la puerta principal muy rápido. Los ventiladores nos sirvieron mucho.
Entra mucho ruido a las dos recámaras principales. La regulación de temperatura en las regaderas esta imposible. Había quedado una prenda de ropa de huespedes pasados en el suelo de una de las recámaras.
Asked for assistance with slider locks broken. Someone came right away....said they'd be back the next day and never came back. Locks still broken.
Hallway flooring coming un-done....a hazard.

Incredible location
Excellent apartment, very comfortable and in a great location in a very friendly neighborhood full of stores and restaurants. I highly recommend it
The nights were very cold and it was great that there was some kind of heating in the house. There was also some missing crockery, such as platters to use the oven and more cutlery and plates.

the windows in the bedroonms and the courtyard door were not able to be locked whicbh made us feel quite insecure. we advised the property manager as soon as we discovered this and they said they would send someone over to fix but they did not.
The courtyard was quite dirty andthe floor was dirty under the living room chairs. Felt a bit tired.

Security guard was available around the clock at the entrance of the property, was not expecting that at all so that was great. Modern and chic. Very hot water. The whole property was beautiful and well-kept. Would stay here again! Walking distance to some restaurants and stores.
Lighting throughout the unit was very dim, particularly in the living room as several of the overhead lighting fixtures were out. A little hotter in the unit than anticipated so the first night was uncomfortable until we adjusted, and moved the fans from the living room into the bedrooms. The street outside can get noisy at night from people walking around. Bedrooms are a tiny bit cramped but tons of closet space if you're staying long enough to unpack.
Location was outstanding. The apartment was well equipped, clean, and had friendly security staff who made the location feel safe/secure.
The only complaint I have is that the apartment had several lights out in the living room. Also, there were no extra blankets for warmth or pillows on the couch for additional comfort.

The bedrooms being right on the street, it was very loud every night, all through the night, and very difficult to sleep.
