Pros:

El hotel está en construcción, bastante lúgubre la entrada y recepción, no permitieron el acceso de mi hija con su perrito de asistencia a pesar de mostrarles los documentos médicos, dónde señalan que detecta sus convulsiones. No hay agua corriente y te hacen firmar que estás de acuerdo en que no habra agua ni aire acondicionado todo el tiempo, pues no tienen planta de luz y el municipio corta el servicio eventualmente, demasiada exigencia para un lado mediocre. Pésimo.

Cons:

Pésimo servicio y nula empatía. El desayuno consiste en pan café y una fruta, si deseas algo más de cobra aparte, persona vamos-precio para un hotel en construcción.

Es un excelente lugar para parejas que quieran salirse de la monotonía y bullicio de la ciudad, el hotel en general esta muy cómodo, muy limpio y el personal muy amable y pendientes de todas las mecesidades del huésped! Puntos extra a la cama que es muy confortable porque descansas muy rico. Y otra cosa muy importante es que estuvieron pendientes horas antes de nuestra llegada sugiriendonos el camino más seguro para llegar a la zona.

Locación y Staff buena.

Cons:

Nos dieron gato por liebre. No es nada acogedor, parece una caja de cemento y sin mantenimiento. Se anuncia como “hotel boutique”, pero dista mucho de serlo.
Las instalaciones son deficientes: no hay elevador, los barandales de las escaleras están flojos y en la entrada los registros del piso están rotos, con peligro de tropezarse. En el área de alberca, claramente no hay mantenimiento. Además, las toallas estaban viejas y percudidas. Claramente confunden el estilo rústico con descuido y falta de mantenimiento. No hay tele, el baño no tiene ventilación y el diseño de la regadera muy incomodo.
El precio no corresponde con la calidad ofrecida, de un "hotel boutique" me siento timada. En resumen, un lugar frío, descuidado y sobrevalorado.

Las instalaciones del hotel son muy lindas. Muy atento Ricardo, el responsable del lugar. Se mostró dispuesto en todo momento a colaborar con los requerimientos y brindar soluciones a eventuales solicitudes. . Los desayunos estaban muy completos. Solo como sugerencia agregaría frigobar en las habitaciones para poder disponer de bebidas frías.

Cons:

Al ingreso no había buen wifi en las habitaciones. Situación que en un principio nos refirieron que era de ese modo, pero al dia siguiente fue resuelta ante un nuevo requerí por el encargado.

Location In booking is misleading
We were giving a different room. We paid for a double room and were given a single room. I came back with a case of allergies due to the fact that the drapes were dirty.

La comida cara muy mal servida. Pedí tacos de langosta y traía puro rábano y aguacate nada pero nada de langosta que aparte estaba empanizada y era puro pan y 3 pedazos de 1 cm ya empanzado el costo es de 260 a 280 pesos muy mal, aparte se metieron mosquitos zancudos no dejaban dormir

Beautiful design but lacking in so many respects
Pros:

Great minimalist design inside with polished concrete throughout and a stunning rooftop terrace with bar, pool and 360 views on the ocean and lagoon. Magical place for sunsets.

Cons:

Sadly the beautiful design has not been thought through and is totally impractical. Sound reverberates everywhere so you need to hope for quiet neighbours. We were on the ground floor near to reception and were frequently woken in the night.
There is nowhere to put anything away, no where to hang things to dry after the beach, no safe, and the beds were average at best.
The included Breakfast is disappointing.
Overall, it feels like a real shame. The staff are poorly trained in basic hospitality - simple things like having to ask for toilet paper and soap because it hasn’t been replenished. And bar staff not knowing how to charge costs to a room. It’s basic, but it sadly lets the place down badly.
This could be a gem, but it feels like it’s been designed and then there’s been little investment in the basic.
