Es un buen lugar según el costo, con algunas cosas por mejorar.
Pros:

Hay que destacar que el lugar es muy cerca a Medellín, a los 40 minutos, las vías de acceso son buenas y sin duda la alimentación es lo que más destaco de este lugar, los precios son justos y las preparaciones son buenas.
La relación costo beneficio es justa y sus instalaciones cómodas.

Cons:

Hay que tener en cuenta que las habitaciones no cuentan con ventilador y el calor es fuerte, la piscina puede mejorar un poco la higiene, no deberían permitir que las personas que van con mascotas las ingresen a las zonas húmedas, pero el factor más determinte a mejorar es la atención al cliente de sus colaboradores.

Les Falta aseo a zonas húmedas

Todo bien, el personal amable

Cons:

Hace un año estuvimos en la misma habitación que nos toco esta ultima vez, y tenía el mismo daño en el baño que se había reportado. La piscina y el jacuzzi esta vez sin el mejor aseo.

El desayuno estuvo bien, habían las cosas necesarias en la habitación para nuestra estancia, el lugar era tranquilo y la piscina tenía buena profundidad.

Cons:

En la habitación se sentía mal olor que salía por el sifón de la ducha. El jacuzzi del hotel no calentaba. La habitación publicada era de una cama doble y otra de una plaza, pero en la habitación que nos entregaron ambas camas eran de 1.2 m, por lo que dos personas quedábamos estrechas en una cama. Había basura debajo de las camas, al parecer de los huéspedes anteriores, posiblemente por mal barrido. No había televisión por cable, sólo se lograban ver y muy mal dos canales nacionales. Se lograba conectar al WiFi pero no funcionaba.
