Más atension, al hacer una solicitud al hotel.
Pros:

La amabilidad del chico que estaba en recepción al amanecer del día que me hospedé.
La cama cómoda, limpia la habitación.

Cons:

Les llamé y les pedí que la habitación NO quedara
para la calle 55 por el ruido que no deja dormir, pero al llegar al alojamiento, después de haberlo confirmado dos veces, me dan la habitación para la calle. 😒

Me gustó su estética, el personal era muy amable y siempre estaban bien vestidos

Cons:

En lo personal, me tocó una habitación muy incómoda, cada que usaba la ducha se formaba un charco gigante en el baño, lo que hacía que se ensuciara toda la habitación, la cama es súper dura ! Pedí un cambio y me lo negaron, no tenía cobijas, las luces de los espejos no funcionaban y se sentía muy estrecha la habitación.
